What should I do about my cracked screen? It is a few months old. No one sells silicone protector cases the right size...it is larger than the other phones.
How much does it cost to repair a cracked A20 screen and how loing am i without my phone if it is done through an authorized Samsung repair person and where would I find them?

Hi Marion, a screen replacement for your A20 LCD would approximately cost $150. Actual prices for the service may vary, including in cases where additional damage has been caused as a result of the screen damage.

I had a Galaxy Pocket Neo of years. I loved it, but the battery started to lose it's charge after 1 day. I bought an optus lite x which I had trouble with. I had trouble with messaging and now with bluetooth. I don't know what to buy next. I think the Samsung Galaxy A20 might be ok. I want to be able to use maps, navigation and download apps. I want to be able to look at a website with the phone. It's hard getting advice in the shop. Can u advise if this is the phone for me? Thanx, jane.

I think iti s good for those things...it works for me only problem i have is whenr e I bought it they had no protective covers and the screen has cracked when I dorpped it. So...get yourself a silicone protector!

Tecobuy, Kogan and others are grey imports and they will have their own warranty, not Samsung warranty. At the the price of this phone, it would be madness not to just go to a store to buy it.
