So far I'm loving this machine! Average wash time is just under 1 hour. Machine is quiet. Kids love the glass lid & watching the clothes wash. It washes much better than my old machine. Very little lint & the filter is so easy to clean. Some reviews complain about no agitator causing tangling but i find it's no different to my old machine that did have an agitator. Only thing missing for me was wool wash option but i use delicates instead. Overall i can't complain & would recommend this machine to others.

Samsung may have had issues with washing machines but this is the best one I have owned, never had a single issue, very quiet, excellent results,plenty of options, I think it looks great, love the clear lid, but must admit I stupidly poured a bucket of water over the top thinking it was up,haha silly me. Would definitely recommend this machine...very easy choice options and plays a lovely little tune when cycle is complete.

Samsung washing machine is my first washing machine. I've had it for 5years and it is the best. It cleans and rinses so well and it's quite. It does not wear out the clothes.My favourite feature is the quick wash. I absolutely love it.. I recommend it to all family and friends.

Washes out stains easily, clothes come out nearly dry. Has many different cycle choices, quiet machine, if the laundry door is closed i wouldn't know it was on. Choices for quick wash still effectively cleans clothes which is convenient. Feels bigger then it is. Very happy with purchase, great price also.

This washing machine is our life saver, we uses it regularly 2-3 times a week. I could load lots of clothes inside and it does the job of cleaning and rinsing perfectly. My favourite features is that it offers varieties of options such as the spin type, water level, washing type such as heavy duties/delicates /quick wash etc. Moreover, it has the sound off options to run it quietly .Definitely is great machine and highly recommended.

Reasonably quiet operation even sings when wash is finished. Great capacity can wash lots of bedding without any problem. This machine, cleans and rinses really well and has a variety of functions and settings to suit each wash . So easy to use and I love the tune it sings to tell you the was is complete and ready to hang out . I recommended to my mum who bought one when she needed a new machine

Samsung makes a lot of great products, and this washing machine is just one of them. However i am not 100% sure not having agitator does a better job at washing them a machine with one. The upside, it is super easy to stuff clothes in the machine and get them out without a agitator.

I love that it doesn't have that spinner in the middle that used to tangle clothes. I also love that it has a feature that you can use your mobile phone to see what is wrong with it when it breaks down. Which it hasn't yet...it is very quiet and gives you great options on different water levels and how long you want to wash for.

his machine is great. I was very skeptical coming from a top loader and was not keen to change over. But it was the little trap door that sold this one yo me. with a baby in the house there are always things I want to throw in the wash once started and this made it super easy to do so. the wash cycles are perfect. I use the daily wash and it fits twice as much as my old machine for half the time. very happy customer!

Had this machine for about 1 1/2 years. It had worked well over this whole period. There are lots of functions like water saving mode, and many modes for various material type. The best thing I like about this machine is that it has a sanitising function which is great for family members who have allergies issues.

It cleans and rinse the clothes very well and it isn't even loud. The best thing is that I can pouse it and it doesn't beep every time. The clear lid, blue lights and fancy buttons give the washing machine a rich look. I am hoping that it will work for me long time.

We bought it new when we got married. It's been perfect for us. Use it almost every day for 2 kids clothes, toys, linens, blankets or work clothes. Fits so much and cleans quite well. Very easy to use and clean the filter and it's quite smart. Love my washing machine!

This was a replacement for another faulty model. Machine let off smoke with a burning plastic smell and plastic rim at top of rim melted in spots. I have logged fault with Samsung service centre on 1800 239 655 and am waiting for all back from service tech to set appointment. Told 3 days wait for service.

This machine has been perfect. I wash every day and it hasn't missed a beat. I love the little song it plays at the end of the cycle and how you can opt for extra rinses and power washes. This machine barely makes a noise and my clothes always come out clean and fresh.

Cleans well without doing any damage to clothes. Can handle a family sized load with ease.
I have dogs that shed like crazy, and this machine gets rid of all the hair and foggy smells.
My room is opposite the laundry and this machine makes very little noise.
I like that you can add extra rinse, and change the spin speed, the clear lid is helpful and the pause button too.
My only issue is that it does take a long time to complete a cycle - but results are always good and still faster than doing multiple loads.
