Impossible to get hold of customer service

I have been trying to get through to customer care since Friday. No answer on the phone lines even after 45 min on hold and no response or acknowledgement of emails sent. I have tried messaging on Instagram and Facebook. I understand these are challenging times but there really needs to be a better response from Scoopon to reassure customers!

Have been trying to contact Scoopon to no avail about a cancelled booking, two emails over 60 hours ago and numerous telephone calls left on hold for 1 1/2 hours plus and still no joy, no customer service no care factor and no response - don’t ever buy a travel deal or use this company ever you have been warned

Thank you Cecilia I had a response to my issue and am sorry it took a negative review for this to occur but Scoopon make it extremely difficult to communicate using their suggested channels

Recently had a reason to contact scoopon to request a refund on a voucher. Annabel from customer service was exceptionally helpful, communicated well and had it all sorted super quick. Very happy with what could have been a frustrating process!

It took a few days for a response so initially I did worry that no-one was going to get back to me.However once Annabel responded with a comforting,no hassle approach to my refund I relaxed and felt confident I was being looked afer! Rest assured that was my experience and the refund is sitting back nicely in my bank account...Many thanks Annabel.

Rebooking of lunch date

Marvell was very helpful & understanding when I needed to reschedule a lunch booking. I had initially tried contacting the hotel to see if they could help, without success. Marvell kindly contacted the venue on my behalf & was successful in getting the booking changed.

Response to complaint

Scoopon went over and above after a disappointing response from one of their vendors It involved wine. Premium Cleanskins wanted to charge $35 postage to the Gold Coast. Don't buy their wine if you dont live in a Capital City!!!!

Best customer service I've received!

My partner received a Scoopon voucher as a gift and we had forgotten to use it past the expiry date by a day. I called up Scoopon and was served by Annnabel. She was very polite and friendly and advised me that she would help me with a solution to the expired voucher. Within the same day I received an email explaining I would receive a new expiry date! The following day I was provided with one. I am so impressed with this customer service! I have not experienced such excellent service so thankyou Annabel! You are a gem!

We had booked a relaxing massage for a couple
It was short and terrible
After complaining to scoopon and having a wonderful representative she followed the email trail continually and with investigation we were awarded our refund. Very happy with outcome

After a disappointing experience trying to contact the voucher provider & not receiving any response to a number of my calls I emailed Scoopon for assistance. Annabel was courteous in her dealings with both myself & the voucher provider while sorting out the problem. A refund was quickly negotiated & once again I’d happily recommend Scoopon customer service.

Above & beyond service

I gave a voucher as a gift to a friend a few months ago. Due to her not being well she didn't manage to use the voucher & was too embarrassed to let me know what had happened. I asked Scoopon if there was anything they could do to help me get the voucher re-instated. No problem to them, the voucher was credited to my account & it gave me the opportunity to purchase another gift for my friend so she didn't lose out. Now that is what I call service!! Thank you to Marvell.

I've tried to contact Scoopon about a refund (for a dinner voucher that we cannot redeem as the restaurant is now temporarily closed). The restaurant referred me to Scoopon. Unfortunately, I've had no response to a form submitted on the Scoopon website two weeks ago, plus a follow up email to [email protected]. Yesterday I sent another email, but still no response. I purchased a Scoopon Travel Deal on 10 August 2022 and it is valid for travel to Bali until 20 December 2020 and cost $799. Given the COVID-19 restrictions I have been looking to obtain answers in relation to a refund.
I have tried to call 1300 726676 on many occassions over the last 2 weeks. The phone rings once or twice then gets disconnected. I have email numerous scoopon addresses including customer service and help but no response. Has Scoopon gone out of business and how do I get my money back?
