WARNING - THE WORST MATTRESS....EVER ! not even 2 weeks of having it !
We purchased the sealy
DENVER MED KING mattress on sale at the time. I feel we were taken for a ride.
The mattress was delivered on the
22nd January 2020.
The mattress is not at all comfortable from day one.
-Definitely not the same mattress that we laid on.-

I was also told that there is minimal movement as my husband moves a lot in his sleep. This mattress is giving me back pain & shoulder pain. My husband this morning was saying he had a sore shoulder. We are having the worst sleep ever. -if any sleep.- The mattress is already starting to sag on one side after 4 days. I feel like I’m rolling on to the edge of the bed. ( when lying on the mattress) You can feel every movement, tossing, turning, getting in & out of the bed. (We never had any of the above issues with our old mattress -after 12 years we thought it was time to get a new one -) I have notified Sealy, We have to wait till the 14th February 2020 for them to come out & assess the mattress, as they are too busy .... ( I wonder why ! ) 23 days after delivery. I honestly can’t handle the pain & sleepless nights anymore !!

Lasted 2 years, 1 at best
The side sagged very quickly (im not big) and creams and can hear springs, after only 12 months or so. Think got medium, just not comfortable and am sure it's causing bad sleep. Never will trust the brand again, having to purchase another mattress.

It is the perfect bed. We got the medium and my back has never been better!
I have had a back lower back for a couple of years from playing contact sport. I have tried all different types of exercise which help but since getting the bed it is like the bed is stretching out my back and I am recovering while I am sleeping! I never want to get up in the morning! It seems like it is going to last a long time in our house.

The best bed i have ever slept in!
THis is by far the best bed i have ever slept in. It is like sleeping on a cloud!
I have had back issues my whole life and this bed has helped to resolve my problems. It is a very firm bed but still has that level of comfort needed.
It is easy to maintain and clean.
It has a stylish base.
I have had other Sealy mattresses in the past and they have lasted me many years, so i am certain this will be durable aswell.

Sinfully Sealyicious
After years of having lower back & neck issues, finally found nirvana, with my Medium Sealy Posturepremier Double Mattress. The pain has eased considerably and I am able to sleep through the night without any breaks. Feeling fresher than ever before in the morning, this had giving me a new fresh start to life. Thanks Sealy.

Very comfortable and feel good in the mornings
We have been using the Sealy PosturePremier King mattress since April and it is extremely comfortable to sleep on. We have had sore back and neck issues for some time but since we have been using this product, we have no complaints.
We wake up feeling well rested.
We would strongly recommend Sealy PosturePremier to our family and friends

Best night sleep on sealy mattress
I purchased sealy queen mattress and after only one night sleep back pain had eased. I found I slept a lot better than I had in years. Worth buying sealy best mattress ever.

The best mattress at a great price. Quality
I had been searching for a new mattress for a while and once I started looking I came across all of these new online companies selling beds in a box. I was tempted as there was a lot of good reviews but a couple of my friends had a koala and they said they felt quite hot in it. I ended up getting a Sealy on sale which was cheaper than the online one anyway. I am glad we chose this bed. So comfortable. No more back pain and drifting off very easily every night.
Purchased in January 2021 at Amart Furniture for A$699.00.

Sealy really knows their stuff.
My son turned 19 and they took into account his shape/weight etc.
So happy, we got another one for another son.
Both boys startled at the difference in support and comfort.

No quality, no customer service
I purchased a Sealy bed ensemble 3 years ago. After 2 years the mattress went extremely hard. I purchased a plush model. Sealy customer service is garbage. They sent a few guys and a truck, they looked at the bed, decided the base needed replacing, not the mattress. Go figure.
When I phoned there customer service, I was treated like an annoyance. They have terrible customer service, it doesn’t exist. Just the monologue they say to everyone. One thing I have noticed, Sealy have a lot of really bad customer reviews. This is another. DO NOT BUY ...Read more

Sagging, not covered by warranty
So my experience seems common on here - wish I had checked before purchase. Bed began to sag near the 5 year mark and is now unsleepable (that's a term!) after 8 years - our butts sink in and we wake with back pain. We are both about 70kgs so can't blame that. I contacted Sealy (10 year warranty, right?) and was told to test the sag using a broomstick with NO WEIGHT on the bed and guess what, it was within their 'acceptable' range. What a shock. fact that it needs to support weight in order to let you sleep comfortably. For an expensive bed, it's very bad. In fact even if it was a cheap bed I'd be disappointed. I told the Sealy rep I won't buy another of their beds and now I've ordered a $300 'mattress in a box' that I'm confident will dramatically improve our sleeping at less than 1/10th of the cost.1 comment

Disappointed! Stay away!
Spent over $3000 and now one side is sagging and popping out. You call and they want to charge call out fee if it's not under warranty. What a joke!!
Saved up to buy this and what a waste of money, did not live up to the expectations!

A magnificent sleep!
After sleeping on a "too soft" mattress for many years, we finally decided on a visit to our local bed and mattress shop. Bev Marks made certain we had the correct "fit" on the Sealy Posturpedic Madrid firm mattress. It has truly been a dream to sleep on.

Tired and disappointed
Purchased the Sealy posture premier ensemble in February 2013. Really disappointed to say it has not lived up to expectations. We started to notice sagging after 2 years but thought perhaps it was the underlay. However once we removed that the sagging got worse really quickly as I suffer from Ankylosing Spondilitis having a decent bed is really important and one of the reasons I was willing to fork out for a decent quality bed. Needless to say every night is agony until we can save up enough to afford a replacement I’m afraid it won’t be a sealy though.

Warning warning do not buy
We shelled out two thousand dollars 3 years ago. For us, that's a good chunk of cash. The back pain started a year later. I honestly blamed everything but the bed for as long as I could. But after years of patience it hurts only when I lie on the demon bed. It's seductive at first. As anything new is. But be warned, it will leave you in agonising pain for as long as you let it. Going to try Koala now. Then set fire to this infernal torture device once and for all. Good riddance.

so i got 2 mattresses from Costco
both have sagged my parents bought a new one within one year.
i replaced mine in 18 months after 3 visits to chiro

Disappointing
We have had our bed for 5 years and it sags in several spots which makes it quite uncomfortable. We have been in contact with the business we bought it from, they contacted sealy on our behalf. Refusal of either fixing or replacing due to a couple of stains and the reason for the sagging is due to our weight? I was unaware of weight restrictions on mattreses? 10 year warranty means nothing, will not be buying another bed from this company.

Simply satisfying
I understand i have not had the mattress for a very testable period, but after dealing with another company over three years and two matresses, i have not slept as well, and woken up with no aches and painsfor three years.
In future i will be very wary,with any product, moving away from reputable brand names, or companies.

HATE our Sealy Bed
We absolutely HATE our Sealy mattress and we would NEVER EVER buy from them again! We purchased from 40 Winks Dandenong, we are both very large, me more so and discovered after our backs nearly crippled us that we had purchased a mattress for light weight people! We were never told this. The mattress was supposedly $10,000, marked down to $5,000, it is not worth $1. My husband was rushed to hospital in an ambulance over his back. es, you are completely mistaken. Our bed was measured yesterday and is only sunked by 2cm and so they will do nothing, however if you actually lay on the bed it feels like you are sleeping in a canoe!!!! By measuring the mattress whilst no one is on it, they are pretty safe that they will be within their guidelines, however surprisingly I thought we purchased the bed to actually sleep on? HOw silly is that? We are going to take this to the enth degree, total rip off, cannot use it, only 12 months old, useless and paid $5,000!!! Anyone that has written how much they LOVE their bed, give it time, we loved ours at the start, however now hate, hate, hate, it.
