The 3 policy's were good to set up and they were unexplained to perfectly iam in the cooling off period at the moment but we feel that we will certainly being taking them.

I had used the same insurer for the fifteen years and had been happy. A friend encouraged me to shop around when renewing my car insurance. Australian Senior's price and coverage was not only better but also cheaper.

Policy was easy to arrange has benefits and the service was great. This policy is good too for those of little income as the coverage is great and the cost is small.

Our car was stolen. We reported it and were offered without prompting a hire car for 14 days. The process of police forensics, sharpies inspection, mechanical inspection and repair of minor damage by the company took 3 weeks in all before we got our car back. Kudos to Australian Seniors.

Concerning that there has not been a deduction off my bank account for taking out car insurance. Credit card details were given. Not sure if i am covered without paying so far.

Very good, just what I need at the present time. I will be reviewing my policy after I have an assessment completed by my occupational Therapist with the possibility of having my car modified due to neuropathy in my feet and not being able to drive it at the present time.

Very easy to set up policy and the only problem was that your system made it the wrong type of vehical and I had to ring and have it updated to the correct type. which cost more than was initially quoted

1st time user and new to ASCI. Found the online process easy enough to navigate and quote reasonably priced. Though couldn’t speak to a consultant on the weekend prior to purchase, as Customer Service hours are limited. Left message for a call back but didn’t eventuate.

Would like an agreed replacement amount not market value. This would reduce
Policy costs, make it cheaper for low mileage drivers. Would like the policy
reduced along with lower market valuations. Telephone service great, answered promptly and spoke good English and knowledgeable.
