I called late on Thursday night but Kameron replied to my missed call on the same night and came on time as promised in the courtesy message on Saturday afternoon. He was polite and professional, he quickly found the blockage reason with his equipments and fixed the problem on the spot and gave us reliable advice on the next step to follow. Jeff is the gentleman patiently listening to what was happening with the hot water system without hot water in the past few days.

When Kameron and Solomon arrived, they carefully checked the electrical mainboard, the valve and pipes to diagnose the issue.

Kameron also explaining further to me what can be done to keep the hot water system running in good order as well as some future options for steady hot water for the house.

After several other companies said they couldn't connect water up to our third floor office space for a kitchenette, Silverwater Plumbing did! Cameron and his off sider visited our office twice - once to fit the plumbing the second time to hook it all up once the kitchen was installed. Both times the guys were friendly, yet professional and did a fabulous job- they also cleaned up after themselves.

Awoke to find a leaking toilet pan. Thinking it was Sunday and will it be fixed I rang Kam at Silverwater Plumbing. It was not a problem. He came within the hour fixed the water leak and also checked my taps for leaks.

I noticed he was understanding of my stressful situation and seemed to care first before anything else. The attention to detail when writing the quote was exactly what I needed so his $49 call out fee makes sense, in the end the builders contact took care of covering the cost and work as I think this near new unit had warranty with the builders. but if I had the choice or was paying for the job this is definitely the plumber I felt most comfortable with.
