I wish I could give NO stars
I am genuinely surprised that other people have actually had a good experience with this company. I fully agree with most reviewers. This company is a scam and probably getting a kick out of stealing people's money. I ordered two micro dermarollers (total cost $AUD107.94) online from the SkinCare Store. Afterwards I continued to receive emails apologising for the delay in the dispatch of my order. Naturally I followed this up and have been told that due to an IT issue, my order has not been able to be dispatched.

erent customer service members through my online account and through Facebook. Each of them are giving me the same response - the matter will be escalated for urgent dispatch. The most hopeful and recent news I have received in amongst all this is that if dispatch is not possible, my order will be cancelled and money refunded. It has now been close to a month and my money has not been refunded. The worst part about all of this is that the SkinCare Store misleadingly advertises as an Australian online business - their website is a .com.au - however it is my belief they are operating out of the UK. This makes it really hard for any Australian to enforce their consumer rights under the ACCC legislation.I am considering contacting the UK consumer protection agency if I am unable to resolve with Skincare Store direct. New buyers please be aware. Do not take the risk and spend any big bucks with them. Terrific prices for well known branded products
Very pleased with my purchases, products I have purchased through Skincare Store for a couple of years now. Never had any issues with stock, unfulfilled orders, deliveries, delays. For me, the price and the service are very very good and have always been reliable.

Order never arrived! Bad customer service!
I purchased some makeup weeks ago now and my order still says processing, I have contacted the company every day for the last week with zero response. Their website states all items are dispatched and delivered within 7 days, it’s been almost 3 weeks now. I want a refund and no one will answer me emails/fb messages/account inbox messages. Absolute disgrace taking people’s money, not sending them their goods and ignoring contact. I want my money back now !

Items never get shipped!!!!
This, hands down is the worst online company. My first purchase was 1.5 yrs ago, after 2 weeks, items were not shipped then it took further weeks to organise a refund. I thought I would try again given it seems they are somehow still trading, to have exactly the same thing happen!!! This time I even did tracking mail and it made no difference. This company needs to be investigated and closed down! How they are still trading with these umbers of complaints is mind baffling. Do not buy from this company. They take your money and don't ship your items. Then you have to wait ages for a refund. This is appalling.

Never give them your money
I purchased something from this website on the 27/12/17. 1 month today and it still has not been shipped. I have been in contact with them the whole time via email, speaking with several different staff and being told different reasons as to why I have not received my order yet. I was told I could get a refund then after emailing them saying I would like a refund, someone else emailed me back saying I couldn't get a refund. Absolutely disgraceful. I will be taking this further and getting a full refund. Do not trust this website!!! Do not waste your money on them!!!

After my account was debited for $78 on the 13th Jan 2017, I still don't have my product. I have formally complained to ACCC, their parent company and the product manufacturer. They continually fob you off with excuses. I am going to visit their premises and demand a refund. Absolutely criminal!!!!

Okay, but have had issues
I've ordered from skincarestore.com.au about five times... the last time Australia Post cocked up the delivery, it was a mission to sort out. I've never had such an issue with sorting out delayed postage but SCS was helpful, I had no trouble getting through to them/communicating with them. The main boss rang me back to sort out the problem...

SHOCKING Customer Service ... Incredibly Frustrating Experience!
To receive a straight answer from this site is absolutely impossible. The customer service division, stall you constantly, you never receive a "straight" answer. My product was sent to the wrong address and then Australia Post returned it to the sender as they were unable to deliver it. The tracking number and Australia Post have confirmed this. Expired product sent. 2 weeks wait time to resolve.
Where do I start? Firstly my product arrived leaking, which i guess happens, but after closely examining the product, a $150 product, it was expired.
I wasn't too worried as I thought oh well they will just exchange it and that will be that.

inane question about my account details, I'm pretty sure my order number would have told them this. So i reply again. 3 days later they tell me that they cant replace it so they will issue a refund. Still no apology or reason why they sent an expired product. So i ask them when they will do the refund and insist they reply asap. I then call their so called customer service line only to wait 10 mins on hold and i am forced to leave a voicemail. 2 days later still no phone call back. Then i receive a reply from my account- not fb saying Hi please attach photos of your damaged goods etc.... and then the next day a reply from fb saying " thanks we Will process your refund " No apology no explanation NOTHING, No indication of when or how I've replied asking for timeline and am still waiting. Product Damaged in Transit - No response from Customer Service
I ordered two tubes of Becca Body Mousse Bronzer in Palm Beach. They arrived in a timely fashion, and with a lovely free gift of a makeup brush - nice. However both tubes of Bronzer were damaged - one is just missing the seal (I can deal with that) - but the other tube has a broken lid and the product has leaked out. I have contacted Skincare Store three times over the last week including uploading a photo and I have not yet received a response from them. They say maximum 48 hours for a response, it has now been almost a week.

Don't waste your time or money!!
I placed my order on 27 Sept 2017. Their website kept telling me that my order had not been placed, however when I checked my credit card I had been charged twice. I contacted the store immediately (we're talking within 5 mins of placing the orders) to tell them not to send out the second order and that it was an error.
They sent it anyway, leaving me to spend $14 posting the duplicate order back.
It is now 10 December 2017 and I have still not received a refund, even though I returned their product the day after it arrived.

Damaged items through post with no help
Ordered three items from skincare store, one being a bottle of hair oil.
It was delivered with a split in the bottle which then leaked all over the other products and the package.
Contatcted skincare store, they didn’t reply at all until I wrote a few emails demanding a response.
They asked to upload photos, could only upload one photo on the website as they don’t receive emails out side of their own website page.
They then take another week to reply not enough photos.
