    Very pleased with my purchases, products I have purchased through Skincare Store for a couple of years now. Never had any issues with stock, unfulfilled orders, deliveries, delays. For me, the price and the service are very very good and have always been reliable.

    I ordered over $800 of products with no delivery. Took months to resolve. No phone numbers work. Call agents give same automated response. Eventually got money back after three months. They have no stock

    Order never arrived! Bad customer service!

    I purchased some makeup weeks ago now and my order still says processing, I have contacted the company every day for the last week with zero response. Their website states all items are dispatched and delivered within 7 days, it’s been almost 3 weeks now. I want a refund and no one will answer me emails/fb messages/account inbox messages. Absolute disgrace taking people’s money, not sending them their goods and ignoring contact. I want my money back now !

    This, hands down is the worst online company. My first purchase was 1.5 yrs ago, after 2 weeks, items were not shipped then it took further weeks to organise a refund. I thought I would try again given it seems they are somehow still trading, to have exactly the same thing happen!!! This time I even did tracking mail and it made no difference. This company needs to be investigated and closed down! How they are still trading with these umbers of complaints is mind baffling. Do not buy from this company. They take your money and don't ship your items. Then you have to wait ages for a refund. This is appalling.

    Place my order the money was deducted and then the order was cancelled by the store. Its been two weeks I am trying to get my money back . Please beware and don't order through them it's a scam . My bank has confirmed the funds have been transferred to The Hut

    I purchased something from this website on the 27/12/17. 1 month today and it still has not been shipped. I have been in contact with them the whole time via email, speaking with several different staff and being told different reasons as to why I have not received my order yet. I was told I could get a refund then after emailing them saying I would like a refund, someone else emailed me back saying I couldn't get a refund. Absolutely disgraceful. I will be taking this further and getting a full refund. Do not trust this website!!! Do not waste your money on them!!!

    After my account was debited for $78 on the 13th Jan 2017, I still don't have my product. I have formally complained to ACCC, their parent company and the product manufacturer. They continually fob you off with excuses. I am going to visit their premises and demand a refund. Absolutely criminal!!!!

    I've ordered from skincarestore.com.au about five times... the last time Australia Post cocked up the delivery, it was a mission to sort out. I've never had such an issue with sorting out delayed postage but SCS was helpful, I had no trouble getting through to them/communicating with them. The main boss rang me back to sort out the problem...

    requested my order be cancelled immediately after making it - they never replied and proceeded to post the item the next day. Never replied to multiple emails. Are now claiming to not have received my returned item.

    As others have done i wanted to write a review as there are so many negative ones here.i guess poeple only ever write a review when they have a negative experience, which im sure happens with every business. I have purchased from here many times as I love ASAP and find this site to be the cheapest and most generous giving freebies. Product s will arrive and you will love them and the price.
