Approx 12/5/18 purchased 2ecoya vanilla candles paid $26.50 each so $53 total. When they arrived weren’t boxed the actual candles slipped out of the glass!!! And and as they burnt when lit went from a cream color to a strange brown (photo is taken) and barley any fragrance at all!! They are definitely seconds or out of date candles have been buying this beautiful brand for many years but will never buy online ever again and of course they have no phone number and almost impossible to get in touch with. Always buy from a store and see what you are buying.

Im from nz, and never had issues with my packages, however i ordered my ASAP skincare from this website as it is sooo much cheaper to purchase then in new zealand, but its dissapointing that they have stopped shipment of this product and medik8 to new zealand. No real reason given. I am dissapointed, so i gave skinstitute a go, very cheap, which says alot about how this brand performed. Unfortunately they wont be getting anymore money from me.

Like many before me, I read the reviews here after I had made my purchase and panicked, especially as my order was 'pending stock' when the website advised it was 'in stock' when I placed my order. I cancelled my order within 2 hours of making it, and the following day, having not received any kind of confirmation of my request, I messaged them. I received a reply stating that my order had already been sent out, so cancellation was not an option. And guess what? My order arrived the next day. I had selected express shipping, as it was only $4 more than standard shipping, and my order was in my hands 2 days after placing it. Can't complain about that.
Would I order again? Absolutely.

Skincarestore Site right at this minute advertises SKINC20 20% Discount. I just placed an Order $175.50, used the Code at Check-out and it showed $175.50 A-$35.00. I went to proceed and noted in fact that $35.00 has not been deducted, therefore, I did not proceed. I email sent this to Support @ Skincarestore, it bounced back mail system delivery error. Then, magically I received an email from skincarestore stating that the Discount was Invalid. 20% Discount is currently Advertised, how can this be Invalid.? This is the 2nd Time within 6 Months that this has occurred.These Products are available from other Online Stores.

I purchased $150 worth of ASAP products on the 29th March, received my products today 3rd of April. This was over the Easter long weekend with no hassles what so ever.
I Was so stressed after reading the reviews (after I had already purchased the products), and tried to cancel my order., which I admit did sound suss about it being st the warehouse... decided against. But glad I didn’t as the service was very speedy, and I got a free make up brush whichnis great!

I have used this site twice now with no issue. I know there are reviews stating that this is a scam site and orders not received. I can’t fault this site as I haven’t had any issues with my orders and I have made some good savings on my purchases l.

It’s been nearly 2months order has not been received no communication. Still have not been issued with a refund. Very frustrated.

The negative reviews on this site are all completely true. I placed an order and address details were incorrect. Called to change and was told I could not amend my address details even though the order was not sent, so I cancelled my order and placed a new order.
A month and 6 calls later order still not cancelled as “it’s with the warehouse”, new order never delivered, that too is with the warehouse, $300 later no products, same lies when you call, always told they don’t know why the products aren’t sent, they will escalate the issue...I can’t believe this Company can still trade.

I have purchased from this company in the past with no problems. However, just like the other recent posts, I too have not received my $200 order. No one will talk to me, no response from email except the one they send every 2nd week saying it's a problem in the storeroom. I'm reporting to consumer affairs to see how I can get my money back. Karma - that's all I have to say.
