I recently bought this machine - not sure if I am doing it wrong but I am finding the coffee flavour weak/watery tasting.
The instruction book Just says to tamp firm for a stronger flavour, but I don’t find it to be stronger. Is there something else Im missing or can do to change the strength of the coffee?
I have also tried 3 different types of beans/brands but still getting a watery weak taste.

Having the same problem, Danni. And having trouble getting my money back. The latest design is clearly flawed because the water that streams through the filter is almost clear and doesn't filter through the coffee enough. I have spent $50+ on coffee the past three days and tried different combinations of intensity, water hardness, scoops, water (filtered, cold etc.), and the same result every time.

Hi Danni D. and Gaetano P.,
We recommend you try a packet of Vittoria Oro blend which is available in supermarkets. The blend and grind of the coffee work perfectly with our machine. This will also give you an indication of the fineness of the grind you need to achieve the result using your choice of coffee blend.
