My visit to smile direct Riccarton was both convenient and quick. The ladies that took care of me were professional and followed all possible guidelines due to the covid-19 outbreak, in a friendly and reassuring manner

Good initial meeting, good info, genuine consultant.Provided confidence about the product. The system seems a little automated but there seems to be customer carer built in - lets see. I was not impressed that I could not just get my top teeth done. SD should offer this as an option.

The instructions for finding the parking and getting into the place after hours need to be up front & obvious in the booking confirmation email.

Apart from that, the staff were helpful & friendly and the experience was good. The scanning technology is amazing - the model it made was soooo detailed.

My daughter is looking forward to her straighter teeth in a much shorter timeframe & at $7k cheaper than braces I am happy too :-)

Too early to say what product quality is like.

I went in expecting nothing and in the end got everything I wanted. The whole process was hassle free, simple and genuinely wonderful. The staff working there was absolutely lovely, especially Avi. Would recommend.

I arrived to my appointment early (half an hour early) and they were happy to see me when sometimes people get upset when you’re too early! It was such great service from both the ladies there! Would go over and over again! Highly recommend! They explained everything really well and made me so comfortable.

Stopped in and saw Diane at the Auckland branch. She was absolutely wonderful! Talked me through the whole process step by step and we even had a few laughs along the way. 10/10 would highly recommend!
