My visit to smile direct Riccarton was both convenient and quick. The ladies that took care of me were professional and followed all possible guidelines due to the covid-19 outbreak, in a friendly and reassuring manner

Good initial meeting, good info, genuine consultant.Provided confidence about the product. The system seems a little automated but there seems to be customer carer built in - lets see. I was not impressed that I could not just get my top teeth done. SD should offer this as an option.

I went in expecting nothing and in the end got everything I wanted. The whole process was hassle free, simple and genuinely wonderful. The staff working there was absolutely lovely, especially Avi. Would recommend.

My visit was a very positive experience and everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable and felt like i was in safe hands. Everything was explained with great detail and every one of my questions could be answered straight away.

Had a really nice consult, Olivia took great care of me and had answers to all my questions. Karen was also lovely and knowledgeable to chat to while I was waiting.
