Met Anton at 3pm Saturday. She was so patient and easy to talk to. Had a great conversation with her. The clinic looks beautiful and tidy, and the technology is brilliant so that I can save lots of money. Hopefully I can have a great smile when the treatment is done.

A bit tricky to book appointment online because of processing error and not easy to find, but once inside the staff were delightful and friendly. Very quick processing and amazing technology. Can't wait to start. I hope it all works out.

Lady Ayla was great. Was running 30 minutes late but good customer service. Venue was a little tricky to get too but found it eventually. Hopefully can get teeth sorted!

I was pleased for such a quick and excellent result. The problem was solved easily. I hope that the results will be as good as the pictures of other clients.

Visited the Smile Direct at Macquarie Park and followed directions given to me by email. I couldn't get in to the building lv9 as the booking instructed as the doors were locked and lift to lv9 locked out. So called the number in the instructions and couldn't get through. Tried a few more times and still couldn't get through. Tried calling the company support line and spoke to a rep who couldn't get through either. I was instructed to use the paid parking onsite and have the parking validated at reception, but since I can't get to reception, will need to pay for the parking. So I've been stood-up and am out of pocket for parking.

the staff were nice and accommodating. Gretchen (the girl who took my son's 3d image) was good and she clearly explained to us everything that we wanted to know, she was also very knowledgeable of the process and the product that they have.
