Simone And Emma were lovely, looking forward to my new and affordable smile! They were very professional and told me everything happening and the steps they would take towards the end result. I went for a Scan and really great service overall with SmileGuide Nhidi, but waiting to test out product when it arrives in 4 - 5 weeks as it has not arrived.

Simone delivered exceptional efficient customer care and was very knowledgable even squeezing me in after arriving 2 hours early for my appointment. Both members of staff were great and very professional... Highly recommended!

At first I was quite nervous for my first consultation but Nihdi & Simone were both not only very warm and welcoming but also professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout my journey and we’re both great at giving step by step details of the procedure and informing me on my smile journey and how it will go. They made me feel valued rather than “just another customer”. Great customer service goes a long way!

Today I had my consultation and scan with Simone and Nidhi at Macquarie Park. They were both very lovely and thoughtful; they made me feel right at home. They took the time to get to know you in order to get the perfect product. They were extremely attentive to my questions and you could tell they genuinely care about their patients. The whole process took roughly 35 minutes but it was because they were so thorough and wanted to make sure everything was done right the first time. I am extremely happy with my experience and Simone and Momeem were so professional while also making the experience enjoyable. 5/5 experience with these two, and looking forward to the product that is expected to come in 6-7 weeks.

The two women who gave service on my initial appointment were absolutely helpful towards my parents and I. They were so informative and friendly; giving information about themselves when they ask questions. For example, my examiner Simone could answer any questions my parents threw at her like asked for another payment option from the standard two and when I ask about my sisters, she gave info on her sibling situation so now I know she the oldest of 3 siblings with younger sister and youngest brother

Make an accurate treatment plan with timeline and cost like a professional advisor to have the best decision. The 3d imaging tools work perfectly and it might be a proper treatment option for many people

My experience was unreal. All 3 of the staff in store were very professional and really knew the product. In the space of about 30 minutes I had a 3D scan of my teeth and we were discussing how to improve my smile. One of the ladies showed me her invisible retainer (as she also uses the product) and I couldn't notice her wearing it. I walked in feeling unsure and left the appointment with confidence that this is perfect for me.

Less than a week later I was sent an email with a video showing me how my smile will change in the next 6 months. The best part was that the future model addressed exactly what i was concerned about.
