Its a lovely afternoon. The staffs are all so lovely, the greeting was great when all the girls asked me how was my day :)
Especially Gretchen, my Smile Guide, she is so sweet to go through all the process with me, and shared her thoughts of beauty and services industry with me.
We have a good time together and i cant wait for my teeth to become perfect ! Dream is so close now with an affordable price :)

Emma thoroughly explained every aspect of the process from start to finish so I knew what to expect and expertly carried out my 3D scan. I'm glad I chose a SmileShop appointment!

I came in early to make sure I have an idea what I am getting into. A welcoming drink was offered and not long after 30min of waiting I was greeted with the best smile ever. She went through every step of the process to scan my teeth thoroughly and somehow understood how far I had researched the process I wanted. It was a breeze and done quickly.

Really friendly and welcoming staff, very informative and easy to understand all the information given during the consult. Receiving directions and having a direct number was a well thought out idea.

I saw Alice for my 3D scan today and she was lovely. Very upbeat, and informative and she had an answer for every question I threw at her. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the process. Now I wait for the orthodontist to contact me. So far so good!

Alice was full of information and I was at ease, had a lovely personality and very passionate about the product, she had used the teeth whitening and her teeth were white.

efficient, friendly service, in and out in just over half an hour and ease of use moving forward and guaranteed results in a short period of time make this a great service

Had a wonderful experience with my smile guide Emma. She provided me will all the information I required. Explained the whole process with me and was very friendly. Would recommend to other friends
