Very pleasant
All the team was very friendly and welcoming. I got there probably when they were having team huddles and they were nothing else but amazing. I love going there and I will definitely will go back there if I had to.

Amazing first visit

First free consult for time poor professional
Great service from booking to initial consult - ran through the process, friendly and very easy to get up and running. Very efficient and intelligent technology. Getting into my family dentist or orthodontist is always a struggle and never seems to fit my schedule.
Looking forward to starting the process with aligners being sent direct and no more follow up visits necessary until the final product.

Blown away! One of the best customer experiences I've ever had!
Incredible service! From the moment I clicked on the ad to walking out of my appointment I was amazed and impressed with how smooth and easy the whole process was. You guys have literally thought of everything. I even got a free teeth whitening kit and lip balm! My smile guide Alice was so lovely and friendly and really clearly explained everything that was going to happen. I am just beyond excited to go through the rest of the process with Smile Direct Club.

Excellent service and friendly staff
Great first experience. For someone who thought that the visit may be slightly intimidating, turned out I was wrong! Alice and Emma were extremely friendly. Highly recommend. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions.

Horrible company, won't deliver the aligners. Won't reply to calls or emails. Been waiting for over 2 months for a reply. Didn't receive aligners and they continued to charged me monthly. Had to cancel credit card, lodged a fraud claim with the bank and raised a complaint with the fair trading NSW and ACCC.

Horrific care - but quick to take your money
The positive reviews on here are highly misleading. Most are only after customer's first visit for the dental scan and not after the actual treatment (they are encouraged to leave a positive review at this stage).
Once out of the hyped sales environment they sign you up on direct debit and then the care goes out the window. They have continually ignored my requests for basic email communication regarding my progress with the retainers. Currently looking at legal options.

Appalling customer service
This has been the worst case of customer neglect I have ever experienced. I had to threaten legal action to get these guys to respond to help me. Shameful and appalling.

n using and in total paid newly $600 for a product that hasn’t worked at all. Despite communication via several methods with smoke direct I’ve not even had the courtesy of a response to these new set of alligners not fitting. I’ve now developed a severe gag reflex from the trauma this product has caused. If I don’t get any support I’ll be taking legal action. I’ve never experienced this level of appalling customer service or lack there of . In short it’s shameful.
