The person that did my appointment was clearly just reading statements that he had learnt by heart at a million miles a second. Making it hard to take in, understand or relax and enjoy the consultation

First consultation was friendly, professional and informative. If I’m a suitable candidate, looking forward to the next steps in achieving a better smile. I was very impressed by the advanced photographic technology.

I had a scan booked in at the store. I arrived early and was greeted by friendly staff. After covid safety protocols I was checked in, my issues discussed and a new scan taken. The visit couldn't have been better due to the friendly staff.

The tech is really advanced and the whole consultation was seamless and quick. But the best part? Kevin. He made a he entire session enjoyable and fun - how he did that whilst focused on inspecting my teeth beats me. If you’re considering a consultation go to Pitt Street and ask for Kevin!!

Kevin was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the consultation process. He took the time to answer my questions and concerns with great diligence so I was fully aware of all the details of process. Kevin certainly made me walk out of the clinic wanting my aligners then and there! Thank you again.

+ Straightforward capture of goals, photos and 3D scan to complete the screening.
+ Clear next steps and timeline.
- While most questions were answered, you do need a few days post scan to know if SDC can work for you.
- One or two questions needed to wait till the licensed dentist / orthodontist can review (assuming it’s good to go).

Service was efficient, Anton was lovely to work with and provided all necessary details. I felt very comfortable throughout the process, Anton was very friendly and professional. Anton is a great representative for Smile Direct.

Bad Business process on the communication. Bad communication between service desk engineer and the dentist team. No information on members of the dentist team on their qualification. Bad treatment generated 2 times. Went through review process and came out even worse. They will do anything to make your teeth look decent and disregard your dental health. SDC does not have anchors on their aligners so they cannot move teeth very effective.

Support email never gets any problem solved. Each email is a seperate person with just the firstname. even...

This is my first time here at Smile direct having my 3D scan and it’s been a perfect experience. The staff (Mr.Wyatt) is very friendly and the place is very clean. I’d 100% recommend to my friends.

I did my initial consultation over the weekend. I was greeted with a smile from Emma. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered any questions that I had. I was unsure of what to expect but she made the whole process very easy to understand.

The whole process ran smoothly and on time and the information given was easy to understand but extensive. Emma explained everything perfectly and I honestly didn’t have any questions afterwards.

Whilst I was first sceptical about the amazing opportunity for a free 3D scan + whitening kit + $25 it was exactly as advertised and even better. The receptionist was friendly and I had an insightful dentist assistant named Emma who provided honest details about the plan ahead. Whilst I do recommend seeing a consultation prior to booking this appointment as quite a bit of information is used, all queries I had were answered with depth.

Went to Westfield store for the consultation appointment and Emma was my technician. She was super friendly and explained all my questions in details which made things so much easy to understand. I'm excited for my kit to arrive and cant wait to get start on it.

I had my in store consultation with Wyatt in the Westfield Sydney store. Fabulous service! He explained everything thoroughly, made me feel comfortable, a very positive experience. It was great to see my teeth in 3D on the big screen and actually see what was going on with them. I was worried that I may not be suitable due to possible overcrowding on the bottom row of teeth and that I was perhaps severe more than moderate. Wyatt explained to me if there is any issue at all, that after the dentists/orthodontists look at my case to determine suit...

I met Wyatt and he was very patient to explain anything I didn’t understand. The 3D scan was very cool and I could see all my teeth clearly which was very excited! I can’t wait to start the journey to my new smile now! :)
