Angelina was my consultant and she was amazing. I would like to thank Angelina for making me feel so comfortable and relaxed as soon as i walked through the door.
she explained everything very well and created a really comfortable environment throughout my 30min appointment.
It's hard to find great service like I received from the girls at Smile Direct, will highly recommend.

Chloe was really great when my husband and I visited her in Adelaide, SA. She was friendly, helpful and straightforward. No gimmicks or spiels. Great service! Am considering it’s only fair I get mine next, it was that easy.

Lots of information to follow within the next few weeks. I would have liked to try a sample liner rather than just hold an example just in case it was too uncomfortable to start the journey.

The consultant was very friendly and answered all my questions. The only negative was the option for single pay did not include retainers.
I would have happily paid the full amount upfront. Smile direct club should consider offering the same deal for the one time payment customers.

In my review, I’ve been open and upfront about being unsure if my teeth are as good as I hoped after getting up to month 4 week 3/4 aligners. I’m in a 5 month plan. The feedback email was very good, booked the appointment. Called to confirm and visited the shop. Staff was lovely and quickly took another scan. Excited to get an update and even more excited for the final result.

Too soon too tell. Only had my appointment today and I’m waiting for my Plan and product to arrive. The staff were really nice, friendly, and easy to talk to.

The manager did a great job to explain all the procedures I would be facing during the appointment. While the lady who operated the scan did a great job that she often cared about how I felt during the process.

Had a great experience at my appointment today with both Chloe and Natalia, the friendliest and most informative staff you'll ever meet.
