Ordered a Black Wolfe mat cover and quoted 5-6 Business days it, arrived in 3 business in the mail box as stated.
Ordered a Black Wolfe tent, delivered by Toll Transport in 4 business days and left at front door as requested, we are on acreage, and driver came down the 120metre driveway.
Awesome service and can be counted on to do as asked, unlike another high profile 4WD and camping store that I unfortunately had the displeasure to deal with.

The future of on line shopping lies in the hands of mobs like Snowys. Service is often just a word thrown about by PR people. At Snowys it is the way they do business. This has not been the first, and will definitely not be the last time I do business with them. And, their prices are unbeatable.

I ordered this product online for my husband and assumed would arrive in good order. My husband says that some of the hinges are damaged when he unpacked it and says that they could have been damaged in transit. He also thinks it could be a manufacturing problem as the hinges would not be able to support the lid when it is open. We will now have to wait for probably more hinges which will not make a difference. After contacting them they assured me that they would respond to us in 1-2 days and to send photos via email which I did. They were quick to respond to that and I hope we will hear from the warrantys officer before Christmas.

I have made a number of purchases from Snowy's over the past couple of years. They have an excellent range of gear and competitive prices. Recently I thought I'd try my luck making a claim on a rechargeable fan which stopped working, just out of warranty. I was very pleasantly surprised with the helpful attitude from both the counter staff and the staff member reviewing warranty claims, and the fact that they were willing to replace the fan at no cost.

Bought a daypack online and it was dispatched on the same day from SA. The item was delivered to my home in Melbourne in 2 days with Toll priority. How's that for service!!!...I highly recommend ordering online if you can't visit the store.Thank you Snowy's.
