I had the Solar Edge panels etc. installed recently. The installers arrived on time and completed a no fuss installation the same day .They were very professional and left no rubbish behind.
The units are working great and have made a huge difference to my power account.
My future plan is to maybe update and have a battery storage system installed.

Installed a Solaredge Storedge battery inverter ( ready for a battery and backup ) with some of their home automation products to run my pool, lights and AC unit. Love how simple it is use, easy to read monitoring app. Also love that I can see all my panels are working properly. Great investment

Backed up by local service, you can't go wrong.
If you want the Rolls Royce of solar, then solaredge is the best value, nothing comes close to it.

The process was very easy. From start to finish. The company we used was local and have partnered with SolarEdge so we were very confident in the decision to install.

Energy Partners have been using solaredge since we started. Reason being, the full transparency it gives our clients. No one can hide behind the product. If panel bypass diodes have failed, or inverter is not working, has not been installed correctly, customer is using more electricity everyone can see it. It is a product that gives the customer total peace of mind that what they have paid for is working correctly.

This product is at the very high end of the solar industry and packed with features. Make sure your installer is an expert and backs their workmanship. There is a little more work in setting these up but well worth it in the long run.

We have installed many Solar Edge systems and have found the process very easy. After completing the initial training we are very happy and confident in the system. When we do have warranty claims (like with all the inverter manufacturers we use) we have found the process quick and easy. Solar Edge is our go to inverter

Great monitoring platform. Excellent performance and versatility in installation. The long term warranty and track record from this company gives great piece of mind when thinking of the future. Can't wait to use more if the smart home features Soo.

I don't understand how a company continues to keep a management board so ineffective! The products are of good quality however it is absolutely impossible to have any support or advice after the sale.

Our system is only 6 months old and currently not generating any power. Went to our installer who directed us to Solar Edge direct. Called their number. Tells us to send an email then hangs up on you. Do you think they will act on their emails. It is a disgrace of a company and stay clear of them at all cost. Waiting for the Christmas period to be over and will be going to ACCC as their warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on.

Director of one solar company does not understand rules re 3-phase inverters. SolarEdge State Sales Manager contradicted himself when I tried to get clarification. All too hard; I'm going Enphase.

Getting technical service is very slow, even when you email it takes ages to get a response. Will no longer recommend SolarEdge to my customers. They cannot even replace a comms board in a storedge inverter.

Hankins Electrical installed my SolarEdge system nearly a year ago. It hasn't missed a beat since being installed and I love the monitoring app on my phone. I have even educated my wife into being power wise with the use of the app. Very Happy!

Our SolarEdge system has never missed a beat since installation by Connect Energy in Brisbane two years ago. Power bill savings have been above expectations. Simple but comprehensive monitoring system. Can’t recommend Solar Edge highly enough.

The panel installation on an 8kW HD Wave inverter went very smoothly, it is so much easier to work with a panel where the optimiser is installed into the panel; this results in a more stress free installation.

The monitoring platform connected to the system provides a deep insight into the operatonal performance of the completed installation.

SolarEdge have followed up with a call to ask how the installation has gone which is greatly appreciated.

I have not had any problems with my solar. my power bills have dropped, every power bill has gotten smaller. The workers where respectful and did a great job. Have had only 1 or 2 problems, they where resolved fairly quickly.
