Alan has shown to be extremely patient answering all my queries and guiding to choosing the best system for my house! It is a potentially complex task but I feel that with such good communication Alan really made the process simple. I had a bout 6 quotes for my installation and Solar Tactics among the 2-3 cheapest but their professionalism, their10 year warranty on the installation and their feedback on this site made the decision a no brainer.
