Solt heat pump 7kg dryer

published

After using the dryer 1 month we found it wasn't drying clothes and we had to go two cycles to try and dry clothes but clothes remained damp, found out lint was getting past lint tray and blowing onto heat condenser which was blocking condenser causing it to not heat and dry the clothes. Techhnican came out who had no idea about heat pumps accused us of the fault, we don't accept the fault as we change lint tray every time after each cycle, fault is not the user but a faulty machine, we are not happy with this purchase of machine, we paid alot of money and the machine is not working such a hassle don't purchase it in case it happens to you alot of money to waste and alot of waste of time with technician..

Excellent for the money!

published

I absolutely love this dryer!!! I literally use it weekly especially with the weather at the moment and I put everything in it.
The dryer is easy to use, dries efficiently and has a great energy rating. This is an excellent quality and priced heat pump dryer it has all the bells ans whistles you will ever need. I do find the dial for program selection a little confusing sometimes but that's a minor issue.
My clothes, sheets and towels are always dried nicely and the dryer is very delicate on my clothes and linen. It can be a little noisy but not anything crazy.
I would recommend and purchase again!

Have always been against putting sheets in a dryer but this one is great doesn’t screw them into a ball if using the anti crease option also like the sensor so no guessing how long to set the timer, would recommend this product

Have you got it switched to hot...otherwise the other setting is just air drying.

Thanks I’ve tired Cotton standard, Cotton extra & now the jeans cycle … the Jean cycle seems to dry them if I add an extra 1/2 hour of warm time
