been waiting for over a month. no update.. no parts.
used to be fast. now i won't buy from these guys again. also no phone number to call. shows they don't care about their customers.

Bosch 380h rear wiper wiper blade order cancelled, wrongly
Bought this Bosch wiper blade from there ebay store, order 27-07610-83558 and a week later after purchasing I got a reply saying that this part 380h isn't not suitable for my Volvo xc90 and they are canceling my order and had to wait for quite some time yet again for refund, so seen same part on sale from there opposition store and they reassured me it was definitely the correct part number, I'm starting to think there was another reason behind this as I've had trouble with these guys before, I just can't work out how my simple order went so wrong
Awful Business
Ordered parts on the 25th of December that weren't in stock, however the website still states that they are. Took over a week for the company to respond that they did not have them. Additionally, it is now the 14th and they still haven't posted the other parts I ordered in the same purchase. I cannot get onto them at all. Avoid this business

A company that doesn't care about its clients
Very, very long delivery times. Fake, non working chat function online. No replies to emails for over a month. No phone number to call. Online refund system broken.
This business is about to go down with your money and your orders still in their warehouse.
Terrible service
I should have read reviews first. Selling stuff they don't have in stock. Been over a month and still nothing has arrived or no contact from them. Stay away from this company.

Don't waste your time.
Used to be good. Still competitive prices but like other mobs have taken to continue advertising items that they know aren't in stock. Their website continually says 3 or 4 business days delivery (before you read the disclaimers) but my second last order hadn't moved for 5 or 6 days before I was contacted to say 1 item wasn't in stock and would I prefer a refund or wait. I took the refund and was then told they'd get the other items together and out as quickly as possible. So the wait started again. I was also told don't repurchase the item if ...

As usual this (ongoing) purchase said the 3 or 4 business days delivery (before the disclaimers) which then turned out to be 17 to 34 days. Yes 34 with no guarantee of that (disclaimer again). Never, Ever, Ever, Ever. Buy From Sparebox
I sent a message to the SPAREBOX on eBay asking where the Slime Heavy Duty foot pump was made, as I was looking for a quality unit I could rely on. The reply I received was that “Looking into this for you I can see that the Slime 2064 is assembled in England and distributed from there.” When the item arrive I was angry to find that the item was in fact made in China. An outright lie from Sparebox!!!!! I have the original message from Sparebox in case they want to deny their lie and pathetic business practices. Look at all their NEGATIVE comments on Ebay and elsewhere! DON’T buy from Sparebox!!!!! I will NEVER buy from this company again. EVER!!!!!
Delivered
I was very nervous about ordering from this CPY after reading a bunch of extremely negative reviews after I had placed my order, however, my order arrived today and sure it was later then I thought but I was just happy to receive it. They are an Australian CPY and that’s why I went with them. My order was only spark plugs and I’m only just north of Sydney so perhaps this helped with the delivery. Australia Post delivered my items which was not what I was expecting because of the reviews I’d read.
I have no problem giving them 4 stars based on my personal experience!

Delays, poor communication and incompetence
I ordered a product from Sparesbox over 3 months ago. I urgently required this product and it was meant to be our primary means of communications for an upcoming trip. Several days after ordering the item in early October, I was informed that they had taken too many orders for this product, and Sparesbox could not supply me unless I chose to wait 6 weeks. I chose to wait. Six weeks pass and I emailed Sparesbox (who hadn’t contacted me since) and said I would have to wait another two weeks. Again I waited, and again received no communication or ...

They then emailed back, apologising for the delays and stated that the product was on it way. This email was the first time I had seen any of the tracking information. Once I looked into the couriers tracking, it was evident that the product had been returned to Sparesbox because they had incorrectly labelled it. It’s now early January, over 3 months since ordering, and I have still not received the product. I am extremely disappointed with their communication and professional conduct. I certainly wouldn’t recommend that anyone use Sparesbox until they have sorted out their internal processes and mature as an online business.- Verified
Trapped
Service people are nice enough but if the parts don't fit your screwed. Expect weeks if not months of back and forth by email with you doing all the work. Money back! Eventually? They prefer to refund you and throw the wrong parts in the trash. No help finding the right parts either. Look nothing wrong with what they sell all seems like good stuff but just a painful experience.

Take weeks to send two different orders and that is only after enquiring both times.
They are actually the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is a joke.
I have dealt with sparesbox before and they were good but they have gotten bigger and the service is terrible. Be warned you will be taking chances ordering from them. I will not deal with them again.

Product listed as available but then cannot deliver because suddenly not in stock

Firstly they tried claiming my order put up red flags in their system due to being paid for with Zip Money, following that being cleared up (the next morning) I waited for my delivery which was meant to be 4-8 business days away only to get an email 6 business days later stating that they did not have the items in stock and asked if I would like an alternative, I replied within a couple of hours advising that I would like them to offer me an alternative at the same price (having seen an option on their website that was $132.95 where my original...

Still waiting for part (thermostat) to turn up from ordering 4 weeks ago. Contacted company 6 times with poor delayed responses. Wrong product turned up in original order going of their recommendations, Too hard to return products (untrustworthy) so Done money with Sparesbox and never again use.

Sparesbox is good to deal with except when the make a mistake!!
In my case I was half way through servicing my car when I discovered they had sent me the wrong oil filter. Then when I supplied them with the full details of what had happened, obfuscation! Just a simple admission and an offer for store credit of something similar would have been appreciated.
Purchased item
I purchased 5 cartons of oil from sparesbox from there website . It took them over a week and more than 3 emails before they got back to me and said that they are waiting on back orders . They taken my money over 400 dollars and didn’t have the decency to get back to me and refund me my money so I could purchase it elsewhere . Again now I have emailed them to refund my
Money cause they are saying it’s in back order after two weeks . Totally unacceptable and they should have better customer service for a company that is primarily online and doesn’t have a phone number . Therefore they have failed my review .

Lied about stock
I purchased and paid for a product called adblue. I was lied to about it being in stock and then they informed me it wouldn't be delivered for 2 months !
Never will I ever buy anything from them again.
The worst - avoid at all costs
Don't be fooled by the prices. Your order will never arrive!
Items are listed as in stock but when you request to know where your order is weeks after purchase you are told that there was unexpected demand for said item (aka it wasn't in stock). You are then told it will be in stock in a few weeks. A few weeks later the item is somehow still magically not around. Excuses excuses and you'll ask for a refund because the $10 you saved by not going to repco/supercheap has cost you weeks of time and unwarranted stress. I've had random ebay junk from Bulgaria arrive in shorter time with zero hiccups. This company is the worst.
If only they used the right courier service!
In brief, Sparesbox use Couriers Please. Have a look at their reviews! I will not use Sparesbox again due to the fact that they send your kit using a courier service that for all intensive purposes - does not work.
