After sending multiple enquiries, I'm still waiting on an outcome, I'd suggest not purchasing through sparesbox. It's a massive inconvenience.

Terrible Service

Terrible service. It’s taken several weeks for my order to be dispatched. On top of this, I have items missing from my order.

I received no communication from the customer service team to advise of delays until I reached out, at which point I was advised that the delays were due to ‘technical difficulties’ and ‘Supply chain’ issues, despite the fact all items I ordered appeared as ‘In stock’ at the time of order.

I won’t be placing another order.

I was sent out the wrong part, no one to talk to about getting the right part sent out. Just a terrible company.

Appalling services

I ordered $85 worth of car care products, after waiting over 3 weeks products still not sent
So I requested a Refund within 24hrs they sent the products I will be sending them back for a full refund. And I will tell everyone Sparesbox don’t bother go to repco or go without better than dealing with MORONS.....

Fails to ship in a timely manner and does not respond to queries

I have been trying to get an update from them because the snow chains I ordered have not shipped and I need them very soon on a trip. They do not respond to my messages and do not have a number to call.
Even the ordering process was suspicious: they asked me to repeat back a 'descriptor code' before they would process the order. I have never had to do that with any other merchant as far as I can remember.
I think the 'descriptor code' is just an authorisation code by VISA/MasterCard/Amex and I suspect one has to jump through that hoop because Sparesbox do not have a good standing with the banks.
I cancelled my order today and asked the credit card company refund my payment and investigate.

Purchased a pair of Bendix slotted and Vented Brake Rotors, my car was off the road for TWO MONTHS!!!!! Waiting for the order to arrive!! No customer service, nobody answering phones, no live chat, no body!!!!! Absolutely shameful and appalling and will NEVER do business with these clowns again!! SHAMEFUL

I purchased a product from this company and the y took 5 days to even send the item..I messaged them before they sent the item and asked to cancel my order with no reply..I then was sent a message on ebay saying it had been sent ..I requested several times to have the order canceled but no reply at all..I've messaged 4 times since then with not one reply..The customer service of this company is very ordinary to say the least..Never agian wl I purchased from this company..

I ordered based on the 4-8 day shipping offered. On day 15 I sent a request via email to cancel my order. It was ignored. On day 20 I initiated a chargeback by PayPal. This was my third and last attempt at a sparesbox order. None of them have gone smoothly

Cheap prices - takes months to arrive

I have ordered four times from SparesBox as they have been the best price for some parts, but they have continued to fail to meet their promise of shipping and delivery time. Every other online seller ships products within 48 hours - SparesBox takes weeks and weeks, and then uses very slow shipping services. They have removed their phone support line, and online chat, and do not respond to their support messages. Worst customer service ever, but they make videos about how awesome they are and pretend that you can get things in 24 hours. It's a terrible lie and I can't believe I fell for it again, shame on me. AVOID!!!

Ordered products 31/5 stating 4-8 day delivery now 17/6 . Checked tracking and not even sent yet . Like all the other reviewers you can’t speak to anyone, just an automated email response to your enquiry .DONT UE THIS COMPANY!

Easy to place an order and for them to take your money but 7 days later and still not tracking details. Two emails to their 'customer service' and still no reply. never use them again and will never recommend them.

Generic emails is there way of communication

After 9 days of ordering my parts it hasn’t even left according to there tracking number.
Sent a emails and messages with the generic email reply stating there’s delays. How about note it before we purchase so we can go elsewhere.
1st and last time il deal with sparesbox

They said said card declined, then charged my card twice, can get a response or refund, I spend a lot on cars every year, but I would be an idiot to just give money away, NEVER EVER SPARESBOX

Same as everyone else, ordered oil that was stated as in stock, messaged them 12 days later and was told it would be another 15 days as they’re experiencing delays, understand the delays, don’t understand selling something as in stock when it isn’t

No communication. Delivery way overdue!

Ordered brake parts, site stated they were in stock with 4 to 8 days for delivery. It’s now been 15 days with no delivery, tracking or communication.
I’ve emailed them 3 times but still no response. Can’t find a phone number to call them!
Very frustrating. The order was expensive, I’m worried I’ve been scammed by them.

Ordered a set of brakes/pads. No indication when buying of any delay to shipping.
A month later (3 weeks after it should've arrived) I asked and was told orders would be shipping by 03/06/22....
09/06/22 I queried again and received the same generic email pushing shipping back another 2 weeks.
No offer given of part shipment etc.
Requested a refund which was processed reasonably quickly but some clarity and communication would've gone a long way in the first place.

Selling parts they don’t have in stock

Ordered my parts, that were in stock, promised 4-8 days shipping. 10 business days later finally get a response to me emails, basically saying sorry we may have your parts in stock in another 15 working days. Why take an order if you don’t have parts, poor service and they don’t care.

Will never use again, would have been better just driving to repco, oh and am still waiting for the promised refund

2 months ago i bought a set of hella horns from these guys to do the horn upgrade fpr my forester. The first set of horns i bought was from sparesbox and up till this point everything was fine. I attempted to remove the rear bolts fixing the bracket to the horn body when i had the first sign of trouble. Long story short, i snapped the bolt mounts meaning the horns could not be used. Contact customer service through ebay and got told bluntly that this was user error as the bolts where not meant to be pulled. Any way i bought a second set of horns from another retailer and i managed to complete my upgrade. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE GUYS!
