My car had no power at the tow plug assembly. Advised by RACQ operative that I needed a new ECU. Had difficulty in finding that part, but inquiries revealed this business had part in stock. When I went to purchase it staff member, Jordan, insisted on checking the old unit first. The old ECU was fine, no problems. Jordan then checked the wiring and due to his knowledge he found an obscure fuse had blown. Replaced the fuse for me, checked trailer wiring, all working fine.
