We bought 2 pillows one for me and another for my husband. I am actually sleeping through the night now with no back aches and no snoring. My husband has spondylitis and he has had great results from using the pillow as far as his condition.

I bought this as i have a neck problem, it has helped me to lay straighter as my neck is in a better position. It helps to keep it in exactly the right place and I find it helps with my body temperature. As it has the ridges and breathes well.

I think the pillow is comfortable and supportive, occasionally I would wake up with neck pain by I purchased the pillow. As far as the quality of my sleep, that has not changed.
