We purchased in 2013 via layby on the website.( Arrived without a hitch)When my kids were quite young. It was only recently that there was a rip in the stitching after 5 years. Which I thought was awesome. Called and they unexpectedly replaced mat for me even though it was out of warranty. I thought this was great understanding and went well and truly above what they had to do. Would recommend this product based on the item it’s self and the service. Love love.

The medium round trampoline has been such a great investment for our family. We purchased it 6 years ago and the kids have had so much use out of it and still do. It’s also great when they have friends over to play. A great way to keep the kids active, healthy and away from ‘screens’. This is a perfect size for a family with two kids.

This trampoline is great - it feels safer than all the others we have had, it also looks better. We have had the trampoline for a few months and it is wearing very well. We also used the moving service when we moved house and that was flawless - the dismantle and reassemble process was done swiftly and with no fuss.

We have had our Springfree Trampoline for nearly 8 years, we have 2 daughters who are now 9 and 11 who have absolutely loved having this in the backyard. Not only has it been long lasting, it also needs minimal care when looked after properly. Certainly worth spending the money on getting this fabulous product.

We love our springfree trampoline! Purchasing was easy and I was even offered a finance option to fund it! It was delivered and installed for me so that took the stress of fiddling around for hours to set it up! The trampoline itself is so well made and such great quality. I dont need to be worried when my kids play on it because I have peace of mind that it's safe and sturdy.

We have had our Springfree Trampoline for around 7 years. Our children have so much fun in it and get so much enjoyment out of it. We always feel comfortable knowing they are zipped safely inside.
The trampoline is also so easy to move with the wheels, allowing us to mow under.

Amazing value for money! Our trampoline is 8 years old and still going strong. Have had to replace the mat however still a great, safe, sturdy trampoline for my children. Their safety report, disassembly and relocation service is great, worth paying the money and avoiding the headache! Can highly rate Springfree Trampolines!

Best trampoline we’ve purchased over the last 20 years. Super strong durable, easy to move with the added wheels. Huge bounce with the added extra of the much loved basket ball addition. Keeps my overactive teen expelling endless energy.

It is up there for price compared to other brands however we have had ours for about 5 years and it still looks like new.

The sturdy netting and lack of springs means I don’t have to worry too much about the kids when they are using it. However, the edging of the mat is hard and the kids have been injured a few times as a result.

If I had a real gripe with it, it would be the difficulty in setting up and removing it. In theory you can do it, however we have tried many times without any success. So you have to factor that additional cost in if you want to move house with it.

Acro balance is so good for children’s healthy growth and development! A safe springfree trampoline makes this achievable at home!

Springfree trampolines are the best trampolines for kids. I recommend springfree great for kids gross motor skills and strengthening. Fantastic for before and after school.

Not just a trampoline .... my daughter uses it as a cubby house (with the cover on), a basketball game, for trampolining, for general exercise, for dancing, and to play active games on the Tgoma/I-pad game centre. The best investment to encourage active kids!!

Ever after 7 years, our Springfree Trampoline is still going strong! The three kids use it every day, we have a FlexorHoop which has added to the fun! Yes, it’s expensive but well worth the investment considering how much and how long it has been loved! Money well spent :)

Every evening my kids play on the trampoline and the neighbours kids join them. Fantastic purchase. Their safe and having fun. They are learning balance and flexibility. The games like crack the egg and basketball are highly entertaining.

We bought it for Christmas and my son wanted to know how Santa managed to drop it from his sleigh direct into our backyard. I was impressed I could put it up on Christmas eve with a few glasses of wine. The neighbours who were having a party were running a book as to whether I was going to achieve it in time. I watched the videos and not too bad.

My boys spend hours jumping - it is great way to get them outside and active without needing to leave home!

purchased first trampoline about 7 years ago for my grandchildren. Still in real good condition. Purchased second for next grandchild. Safety is a comforting feature.

I bought the $2000 oval trampoline. Looks great, but you need to be a body builder to set it up. 2 of us couldn't get the rods put in properly. Once we did, we noticed couplings slip underneath the map on the bottom. We had to take them all out and fix them one by one. This is a ton of work to setup, with 2 or 3 people. I haven't setup the VULY, but this one is a beast to get together and take down. Might want to think about that before you buy.

Poor product and after sales service!
Discovered a while in the net as soon as we put it together...wouldn't do anything about it.
Just short of the warranty period we noticed the metal was piercing the mat in quite a few places. They would do nothing to fix the problem under warranty...not happy!
