I have been purchasing shoes from Style Tread since 2018. When I started their delivery and refund of returns was almost immediate so that I could choose a shoe size that fit better. Four years on and their service levels have dropped. I returned a pair of shoes that did not fit my son the same day I received them. they were delivered on 01/04/2020 (Auspost tracking) and the refund still hasn't been processed. As their customer base has grown their service levels have dropped!

Django and Juliete shoes

Im on my feet at work and these shoes are so comfortable. When I first put them on it was like wearing a faithful pair of slippers. It the first time I have bought this brand but certainly wont be the last time. Delivery was prompt with ongoing text messages advising of the delivery process.

The shipping and handing was calculated incorrectly and they tried to charge me an additional $200. I was told it was my problem as it was a cost coming into my Country! I later found that 5 of the shoes in my cart were out of stock and one had the price increased by $70. I had clearly been dipped due to poor stock management and an inability to count. Customer service was horrendous. Never again.

Chose my shoes from their web site....size was good and the shoes very good quality....delivery was as they said 2-3 days...and thats to Perth and sometimes deliveries take much longer from Melbourne. Great shoes and great service.

My order arrived on time, however the boots were not matching. The left had a pointed toe, the right rounded, the left was about 1cm higher than the right. They were different colours. I was very disappointed in the quality control of such a well known brand. With all that said the return and refund went smoothly.

Loved the discounted pair of shoes I bought. I live in a rural area and They came within the allotted shipping delivery time frame. Big variety of brands and massive discounts. They had the same pair of shoes I wanted from a local store for half the price! Delivery was prompt and hassle-free. I would have rated it 5 stars if Afterpay was working on their website but it wasn't.

We all love buying shoes, we need them, they are a great fashion statements, some just practical, but when you see the pair you've wanted, on sale, and in your size, well this is magic, so I bought them and they are fantastic. The premium leather is so soft and feels good against my feet. Being a good brand, they are very well made, comfortable to wear for a long period, with a stacked 2.5cm heel. Very attractive shoe and I am very happy with my purchase - A casual loafer that looks good with a variety of outfits.

Brought gorgeous pair of ankle boots and they had huge black scuff marks after the first wear. Advice from styletread was to wash and then get some polish. Washing did nothing and after visiting 2 shoe shops and a mister minit I was told by all three that that advice was incorrect and impossible to polish them. They said they were just telling me this to avoid doing anything their end and sure enough that was it. Never buy from them again. $80 boots should last more than one wear! Shocking service and advice!

Have owned the a pair of Supersoft galaxy black mesh woman's active sneakers for 3 months. Worn on weekends and after work - so comfortable.
Unfortunately the seam has split on the side of one shoe.
Would not recommend anyone buy these as the policy - after viewing the photos dictates that this is wear an tear.
For $100, not good value.

Buyer beware! This long time customer is bitterly disappointed with Styletread and their lack of customer service. Wore new boots a handful of times and within 2 months stitching around elasticised insert tore away. Upon notification, Styletread requested photographic evidence and a written quote to repair. It was made very clear they would not accept return of the faulty boots. Quote to repair both boots was $80. Styletread today credited my account with an insulting $26. I will never purchase from Styletread again!

I purchased 2 pairs of boots. One was perfect the other was too small. I returned them using the parcel point courier service which took 10 days from Melbourne to Melbourne and then no communication regarding my refund. The service to get my product was quick but to get my money back has taken forever. I will never shop with style tread again
