I used this mixer on three occasions and the third time the beaters would not 'grip' and indeed would not work. I am not sure what to do now? The first time it was great but the beaters now failing it is unusable.

I found this a good compliment to my planetary mixer of which was the purpose of the buy and I had no problems It mixed well and was very happy . But the fact that after 2 years the section you put the beaters in disintegrated on one of the beaters and to me that's not exceptionable at all Sunbeam!! On speaking to Sunbeam I was told it could not be repaired and was offed 40% of another mixer .Being a big sunbeam purchaser in the past, I think I will be looking at another brand for my rotary mixer as I have lost faith in Sunbeam after our talks and the fact that I only used it 4-5 times in this period makes me mad

Always had sunbeam mix masters alway been great but would not recommend this one only had for 18 months went up in smoke when I used it. Only has one speed which is flat out. Very disappointing for money paid. Only used beaters for mixing cakes not for anything heavier.

Only had one speed flat out & after two months fell to bits. Waste of money. I don't recommend at all!
