Very happy with the tv, but the remote has stopped responding. Television is 12 months old. From the start when using the remote there has been a small lag time between pressing the on button and the tv responding. There is clearway between the remote and the tv so that should not be a problem. I have never worried about this considering it a small matter but now the remote has stopped responding. I have put new batteries in the remote and wonder if I have to re-sync the remote or whatever. The remote is still not working, Your advice would be appreciated. Thank you

This Smart TV is the best ( not to mention least expensive) unit I have owned & used & will not hesitate to update if necessary

The apps on the tv are easy to use. The only one I really use is you tube. The settings can be somewhat confusing at first but are easy enough. The wireless connectivity is great never had any issues at all. For what I need it has more than enough ports

Great tv, easy to set up. Use daily using normal tv and Telstra tv through HDMI and have sound bar attached to it. Havent had any issues with it. Remote easy to use.

Sharp picture quality. Clear sound. Straight forward navigation with menu and remote. Enjoying having a TV with all the apps pre-loaded!
My only criticism is that it lags a bit when loading up (there is a setting to speed this up) – but we just utilise this time to get the popcorn ready & settle in for a cosy night of quality screen time!

We have had this TV for over 9 months and does a good job for $915 from JB HiFi. Its not a high end TV but it works fine. I would not buy it for the WiFi capabilities as it is a bit slow. I purchased a apple TV ($180) from Office Works which makes it great for watching movies and Netflicks.
Sound quality is not that great but add a sound bar like the PHILIPS - HTL2193B for $220 and it sounds really good. For $1350 you get a really good set up that works fast, looks good and sounds great.

In my opinion this t.v. is great value for the price. It's a great tv for those who can't afford high end 4k tv's. It does all that it needs to. If I was to pick it to pieces, I'd say the operating system is good for the price of the tv. You can't expect high end speeds at a low cost. Same for apps. The Tv has plenty of HDMI ports and the wireless connection works well. I use the tv for gaming with ps4 pro and 4k movies. It does awesome for this affordable price. The sound quality works best with sound bar or home theatre. Works awesome with dolby atmos

Great looking panel with all the inputs that a regular user would need. Remote is very easy to use with large buttons. Price point is great for this type of machine.

Audio with Netflix drops off a bit and the wifi is slow.

it has wifi, bluetooth and classic remote, also u can download remote app for phone.
Sound is good & clear too.

It is LINUX software, not android but if you want: extra android box or stick can be better and cheaper option or choose another TCL models or Sony models for android Tv for screen mirroring & many apps.

it is Good tv for value.it can fit exactly small suv for delivery but hold only side frames not screen because big screen can broken easily.
