I hope they are. My e18 went dark on the top 30% of the screen after 18 months. Probably dead/dying LEDs. TCL is replacing it with a P4. Coming in the next few days. The e18 is a terrible machine on every count - everything is half cooked !! Sort of works in a terrible way. I'll stay away from the brand.
wow what a coincidence!!!! I just got pm 55e18 replaced with a 55p4us because the screen went black. I was also only 18 months old.
