I told them to pick up my laptop at pm times did not go outside the house for it. Then they told me the drive came at AM and will come pick up my laptop tomorrow then they didn't come waste 2 days of my life

I sincerely hope the likes of Shippit and Sendle take note from this unfortunate, yet foreseeable event.
The problem we have hear is nothing more than - CUSTOMER SERVICE. Something that Temando did not take into account, and what other companies MUST consider.
Filipino call centres may seem like a good idea for any large scale business, although in reality, they are simply terrible. Possibly the worst Aussies have had to endure.

Though what they seem to have forgotten is that Aussies wont put up with it, not for long anyway. And in Temandos case, no more than 4 years.

They don't care, their Closing Down
Invested 2k into a custom shipping module which relies on Temandos API and now that their shutting down their business, I'm left out of pocket with no choice but to re develop the module using another shipping agents API. 1 month warning is all I had from Temando which is ridiculous cause I won't be able to develop another module in the 1 month time frame they have said which is going to leave my website without any shipping options. What's even more frustrating is when I asked for some support regarding the API they didn't even respond to me. Temando lack of customer service
We were an avid user of the Temando service for around 2 years using it deliver all of our domestic freight everyday for our business. The service that they provided from the beginning was OK as it was one of only a couple of companies that provided this service as a third party shipping platform using multiple courier services. One problem is now they do not provide any phone customer service providing only an online chat service for any issues or questions that you may have. Read morenot care less about their responsibility to us as their customer. Their tracking system is pretty much non existent. They always blame everything back onto the courier service and basically wipe their hands clean of any responsibility to their customer who is paying for the service. We have tried to deal with them in a professional manner and in the end they cancelled our account. We lost many thousands of dollars in lost or undelivered orders to our customers. Ultimately this was a godsend as we have now switched to a new shipping platform that provides a much better customer service and tracking system which makes Temando look far inferior. I would not recommend Temando to anyone based on their lack of responsibility to their customers which they can spin however they like but ultimately they are in the shipping business. Stay away from Temando if you are a business user.

WOULD GIVE IT ZERO IF I COULD
I had a faulty item to be returned to supplier. Supplier arranged for a courier, we stayed home all day, courier never came. Contacted supplier, they arranged another day, we stayed home all day, courier never came. Contacted supplier, for the third time they arranged another day, for the third time we stayed home all day, for the third time the courier never came. They suggested the Courier should come that day - but didn't. Next day, back on on-line chat, demanding something be done to resolve the situation. They promised the courier would definitely come that day - guess what? Yep, you got it! After discussing with supplier, I took the parcel to Australia Post for next day delivery. Really bad didn’t even pick my item up from the shop
Called the shop I bought my item from asked if it had even been picked up and they told me it hadn’t been picked up! So I was lucky members at the store looked after me and personally delivered it for me. Temando your service is bad.

Too Hard!!
Trying to set up an account with Temando but they have technical errors - it's taken me weeks of chasing them to get set up and still no result -they lack enthusiasm, assistance and support. Not worth the hassle or risk.

Debited money from my account without authority
I had an account with Temando and on four occasions they withdrew a monthly fee of $108 when I hadn't subscribed to the package. On the second occasion money was taken from my account I received an email explaining that it was an oversight and that the accounts department had been informed. Since the email I've had the fee debited from my account on two more occasions. What makes matters worse is that it takes numerous emails and weeks before I receive my refund.

Overnight delivery? Don't think so
Nobody is able to tell me where it is. And no ability for me to escalate. Have to "fill in an enquiry form on line". Refused to put me through to a manager. No customer service.

How fast are they at delivering?
Hi I returned an article on 1st October to go to ASOS via The Australia Post system. The consignment no. is 4YS2012260, the Request ID is 12825659 and the Ref. 126047170. The payment was $11.43 paid via VISA. My husband has just discovered on checking our VISA account that Temando has debited my credit card twice for this transaction. Please could you refund me the sum of $11.43 to rectify the double charge? Kind Regards Jo Field

My parcel is still lost from Saks and I have been informed that it was lost in the mail from you guys. Very disappointed ! It was ordered on the 1 st January very appalling as I would've liked to have worn them to a wedding.. so where is my parcel temando ?
