We both find that these pillows are excellent to sleep on. Very comfortable and supportive. I very often had a stiff neck from previous pillows and had problems finding one that would be OK. Then after several months, I would have neck pain again. I have waited three months before writing this review to see how the pillow went. They are as good now as they were at the start.

As a negative - The pillows are not the usual shape and size. They are longer and narrower and do not fit well into normal pillow cases. They are extraordinarily heavy. This does not matter in the home situation, but I would not like to travel with them (as I see some people doing).

Unfortunately neither my husband nor I have had success with this pillow. WIthin 6 months it started breaking down and giving us neck problems. Although the store we returned it to thought it looked very strange and was definitely out of shape, Tempur refused to look at it and advised us that it wasn't a warranty issue at all and that we had bought the wrong pillow. We spent a lot of money on a pillow that we can no longer use and now have no faith in Tempur. I'm grateful that we were talked out of buying a Tempur mattress, with the lack of customer service we received. Will avoid Tempur products in the future!

I agree with many other opinion about this pillow.
The store I went to had 2 types of Tempur pillow; Classic and Comfort.
I tried both and liked the 'Comfortpillow'.
It is obvious that after couple of days the pillow gets harder, especially in colder nights.
It is like 'Sleeping on the Rock!' It managed to give me very bad neck pain twice.
Now I use it behind my knees for support.
The other types of Tempur pillows have much better reviews. Please think twice before you buy this particular type (the Comfortpillow)

Comfort is the name but in reality is the complete oposite!

when l first tried this pillow in the store it felt like heaven, l had to have it, but that soon changed, each night it felt harder and harder to the point of neck pain, my husband had the same experience,we gave this pillow a 2 week try each, a waste of $200, l now have my target pillow for back sleepers and have no problem

smell but it does fade, after the first few days it felt like sleeping on a rock

We have a Tempur mattress that was absolutely worth the money. My husband and I both bought Tempur pillows at the same time. I got the Comfortpillow and my husband chose the contoured one. He has always wished he got the Comfortpillow also as he finds mine much better. His is too low. If he gets the chance he always borrows mine.
Totally comfortable. Soft, yet supportive. Bigger than some of the other Tempur pillows (more like a normal pillow size).
Expensive, but worth it.
