Uncontactable goods not delivered help
Tried 3 phone nos different ones all ring out no message bank.

internet sites come up not available..

Record of payment was 15th Nov no goods yet
December 13th 2018 Update: Left high and dry out of pocket
Ordered saute pan and xmas bundle on 8th Oct in person at Chefs Toolbox headquarters in Sydney. Was told no money would be taken out of my account until goods were on their way. Nothing delivered. Then noticed money take...Read more
n out of my bank 15th Oct, then when still no delivery by 10th Dec spent all day trying to make contact. In desperation rang a Chefs Toolbox rep in Melbourne ( no Rep phone numbers available in Sydney ) only to be told they had gone into liquidation on 15th Oct the same day money was removed from my account. How is it possible that money was taken out of my account the same day the company was liquidated and obviously there was no intention of supplying the goods, when they could have been sent out 2 months earlier. Feel others may have been been taken for a ride like myself. Appaling and reprehensible business behaviour. PS All internet sites sites still available???Similar opinion? Still waiting....
I pre-ordered the Square Roaster in July this year (Due November) and am still waiting for it. My first email 2 months ago received an automated email advising that systems were changing and there would be a delay in responding.
I did end up speaking to someone who was defensive plus received an email advising early Dec arrival of stock.
This morning I rang the Aus phone number 3 times which rang out each time and the NZ number is disconnected. I followed up with an email and received an automated email reply...yep...systems being changed may be a delayed reply.
I’m beginning to get the feeling that I may not get the Square Roaster.
I actually really love all my Chefs Toolbox items but their customer service is extremely shabby.

No follow through on faulty goods - terrible after service
I've been waiting since May 2018 for them to contact me after I put in a warranty claim on a fusion knife. I have not receive one phone call or email in return & I can been contacting them so many times. I love their products, but the after sales service is terrible. I am so annoyed as I have all the cooking, baking & utensils. I have spent a lot of money with them, they don't care about the customers.

Was great on gas
Spent a small fortune on buying the the small and large saucepans, small fry pan and the saute pan to now be told it wont work on induction now that we have built our house with new stove top. Have emailed the company several times over months with no response. Haven't received a peep. Have written on the Facebook page but still no response. Very disgusting for such a big company who offers a 10 year warranty.

Bad company
The product I bought does not live up to what it is supposed to. When contacting them about it, bad response it has been over 2months trying to get my money back, as it has a 10 year warranty. Very unprofessional for a big company.

Don't let yourself down
I am extremely disappointed with my current purchase of the saute pan and fry pan. I have purchased these products for years but this time they did not heat up well but stewed the food. I email and called and got a very extremely disappointing delayed response each time. I will definitely be taking this further and wanting my money back.

Poor customer service team!
After a massive stuff up with my order, the lady answering the helpline implied that I was lying about my initial purchase. She was so rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed and will not be repurchasing again.

problems with non-stick surface?
I have read through quite a few reviews here and noticed that a lot are related to the non-stick layers of their pans. I used to sell CTB and all my cookware is CTB. I do love them, but did find during my time that some people did have trouble, usually from over heating or a fine layer of food stuck, but they began to stick and could't get them replaced. If you are desperate and they definately won't replace them, get some 'GUMPTION'. You can buy it in the cleaning isle at the supermarket. It's great and will clean the bottom (outside) beautifu...Read more
lly. Try a cloth with some gumption on it on the inside. Don't press hard just rub in a circular motion gently over and over... hopefully it will make a difference..... Can't hurt if you've already been knocked back with your warranty. GOODLUCKSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Disappointed after sales service and Warranty conditions
After posting a great review on the chefs toolbox saucepans, I have come to the conclusion its definitely not worth the money spent on it as the after sales service when something goes wrong is terrible.
They say after putting in a warranty claim as my saucepan has now lost it's non-stick properties, no one gets back to you within the expected time frame. They are very happy to sell, yet make excuses that I didn't use the product properly so warranty voided.
Expensive lesson learned to never buy from this company again.

Knives
All but 2 of my knives have broken and I have had these for 2 years. I still have knives from when I got engaged 33 years ago nothing wrong with them, was only impressed with knife holder should have just trusted my old knives, I did get a replacement for 1, that took for ever and it snapped in half again just going to cut my loses now and put my old knives in the holder.

Do not buy this is an inferior quality product
Used the pressure cooker twice did not come up to pressure food burns to the bottom. Emailed warranty services said they would get back to me within 14 days no reply I had to call them. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and rude stating I used this product incorrectly although I have only used their recipes with their instruction. She stated I over heated it although you will see in all of their recipes to turn up to high heat and reduce once to pressure. I have never had any problems with any kitchen purchases or faulty products but this a first but many for others do yourself a favour and go to Harris Scarfe and purchase one its half the price and ten times the quality.

Great warranty and great products
I have the pressure cooker which l use weekly at least. I made the sticky date puddings today. Really good by the way. I recently purchased the knive set last september for my son for christmas. Late January when he opened them to use he found some cracks in the blades. It was March befor l got the photos to uplaod to the warranty page. Within a week l had a reply that the damaged knives would be replaced and a week later they were in the mail box. Extremely happy with all my products and l have a lot.

No matter how good a customer you are, they don’t uphold their Warranty promise!!!
I hosted approximately 6 Chefs Toolbox parties and attended many more parties, in order to purchase their entire range of Chefs Toolbox Pans, knives, utensils and bakeware. I admit initially I was very impressed with the range, but after two years they have not worn well at all. The outside of the pans including the lids are covered in little white marks/scratches. The paint/enamel has completely gone from the rims of the pan. Frankly they look awful and certainly not worth the money I spent on them. I have contacted the sales representati...Read more
ves numerous times but to no avail! I have sent photographs of how badly they have worn, showing that whatever material they use is not fit for purpose, only to be told they only give a warranty for the inside of the pans! August 17th 2018 Update: Chef Tool Box Customer Service .....finally customer service came back to me regarding my complaint over the pans, only to be told that I had NOT CARED for them properly!!! I'm outraged, they didn't even look at them, just dismissed my complaint. I followed the washing instructions from the demonstrator, only to find out this part of her sale pitch is incorrect! I can only strenuously encourage future customers of Chef Tool Box "Buyers Beware, because they don't care!" Fellow dissatisfied Chef Tool Box Pan Owners please let us know what your experience with Customer Services was like, did you get anywhere? Let us know how well your pans have worn?Similar opinion? Chefs Toolbox - fantastic quality
I love all their Como cookware. The saute pan roasts crisp vegetables in 30 mins. I look after my pan,I wash it by hand mostly. The non stick is fabulous . The pressure cooker saves me time. Once I couldn'the reach pressure then I realised I did not have enough liquid in it to do so. When I added another 200mls it worked perfectly.

Useless
Absolute waste of money. Only on a handful of occasions has my pressure cooker worked properly. Very frustrating to come home with the idea of a quick dinner when actually I could have prepared dinner, eaten, and washed up if I chose to not use my pressure cooker. Instead I stuffed around trying to get the pressure cooker to reach pressure. Waste of lamb, ingredients and my time. Will never recommend chef toolbox products to anyone!

Crap after sales customer service
I bought the 7L pressure cooker 3 years ago and the non stick coating is crap because it started burning my food while cooking, send in a request to get a replacement thru their warranty and they have the audacity to push the blame to me that I have not use/care for the product in a proper way therefore that voids warranty. Basically I wouldn't be burning my food if the non stick coating wasn't inferior. I'll be taking this consumer affairs so that others don't get ripped off.

Total Rip Off
I purchased the Advance 30cm square roaster and within 8 months I sent a complaint only to receive what is their standard response to a complaint. They say I over heated it. I definitely did not. I put it away and didn't use it for about 4 years and bought it out again recently and decided once again to pursue the original complaint. Exactly the same stock standard response. In conversation I was told that from the picture I sent them of my scrambled eggs stuck to the pan their "experts" could tell that I over heated it. Oh Well. Off to consumer affairs.

How do I get a replacement lid for my pressure cooker?

If anyone didn't receive Chefs Toolbox products that they paid for, please go to your bank and advise them that you paid Chefs Toolbox for goods and didn't receive them because they went into liquidation (they will look it up on ABN search) i.e. you didn't receive the goods in exchange for the money you paid so you should get a refund.
