Definitely two per day, one at breakfast for sure. Breakfast and lunch works for me, with a healthy snack mid afternoon.

apart from using Coconut water and Ice, I blend it with a Blend jet then shake it with the man shake shaker.
so if you have a blender use that and any protein shaker will do. :).

I normally drink a cup of coffee in the morning, nothing throughout the day except maybe 500mm to 1 lt. of water until 2pm in the afternoon. Then I drink alcohol until 6pm, I normally change each day from (Rum / sugar free cola. - Scotch / soda water. - Beer. - Bourbon / sugar free cola. - Day of the alcohol - One of the before mentioned - and another day of the alcohol) not partially in that order. Then I have a meal that is manly Meat and Vegies, Stew with all vegies included, or a chicken and pasta meal, all normally home made and considered somewhat healthy. I currently weigh 92kg and would like to be 75kg. Will the man shake help without changing my routine to much. May be able to fit in a 2 klm walk each day.

Hi, my question is rather random, long story short, sip it or skull it? Or does it not matter either ither?
I usually sip mine. I think it gives my tummy time to digest it and makes me feel fuller faster. I skulled it back once after a workout and I felt hungry straight after untill 15 min later it kicked in and I felt full. Just my personal preference.
