HOW DO I REORGANISE MY PAGE ORDER?

Hi, I cannot seem to be able to change the shape of a photo while cropping it. eg my photo is 25cm by 20cm. I double-click on it, then try and change it to a square but it won't allow it. It keeps the same rectangular shape. Seems to be locked.

When I create a photo book, I sometimes create my own Page Styles and save them to the pages style listing as shown in the online getting started guide . Could anyone advise/explain where (what folder) these Page Styles are actually saved to?
Are they saved on my own computer in a folder somewhere or are they saved on the Photobookshop server?
Mine have all seemed to have disappeared.

Why do I have to pay $15 to reactivate a voucher that is less than 3 years old - by law a voucher cannot expire within 3 years of purchase.

I have purchased numerous photo books in the past.
I am currently working on yet another and have found a problem on the last & final page of my project. In the past I was able to place a photo ONLY on the left side of the last page, yes where the bar code was.
But on this current book the final page has the bar code on the right side page and the program allows me to place a photo on both the left & right sides, is this normal ??
I have tried to fix this issue by restricting my book back down to 60 pages as per the voucher i have bought, but with no success. Voucher number will be WXXXXXXX

I have quite a few vouchers which have expired. Normally I just pay a little more to reopen them. Is this still the case. I have used Photobooks for many years and have made many books.

Hi, i bought a 75 x 100cm canvas with your EOYF special and the special included shipping, but when I go to finalise it all and put in my voucher, it takes the voucher, but the shipping page still loads with options where I need to click on one....but my voucher included FREE shipping! I cannot go forward with my order as the shipping page requires me to click on one of the shipping options! Please help ??

Hi, I have made a photobook, however am wanting to change the dimensions ratio, I don't mind having to do some re-adjusting so that the content works on the page but would prefer not to have to start again completely. (Or if I do need to start again completely, is there a way of having 2 projects open at once so that I can directly copy and paste the content)????
