Service request related to the removal of odour from a rug, the odour remained unchanged after the service and a request for a re-treatment was refused after a $200 fee.

Emailed my enquire and got called back with an English fellow Richard.
He made arrange of a time to come inspect and quote my carpet so I stayed home. Didn’t come so I called him and he said he had forgotten and to send me pictures via email and his phone so he can write up an analysis and quote.
Never happened. Wasted my time. I did a follow up email and never even got a response. Absolutely useless.
Go else where people if you want someone who is actually useful.

Only half the lounge was cleaned. It was left soaking wet.
When questioned they were extremely rude. Do not be tricked by this company.

I was disappointing in the cleaning of curtains, they did not look much better. Tried to tell me each curtain was double what was quoted. Did not protect carpet, left it really dirty and saturated with chemicals. Chipped the paintwork. Never again.

The cleaner was an hour late (though he did call to advise). The problem with this though is that only as he was leaving, and I asked when he was going to dry my sofas, did he say oh no they won’t be dry for 7 hours. By this time it was3pm so he was saying we would not be able to sit on our only sofas until 10pm tonight and couldn’t touch them which means vigilantly keeping the cats off them. The website said they dried the sofas. At no in the booking process was I advised I’d have to wait so long. I would have booked earlier. Won’t book again.

Booked for 80 m carpet and was quoted $180. Richard turned up on time was friendly however first thing he said was it would cost more and was now trying to charge me $216! He did not vacuum the carpet and started with steam cleaning straight away. If you look at other reviews they seem to do this regularly trying to over charge from what they have quoted... I stupidly didn’t do enough research..

I have used the Squeaky Clean Team for general cleaning and for flood damage. Their service is prompt reliable and courteous. Most importantly all work is of a high standard and well priced . I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Highly recommend.

We had some seriously stained carpets and old sofas to clean. Squeaky were friendly and efficient. Had a team member round that day who was polite, effective and cleaned up after himself. Can’t believe the great result!!

Richard spoke to me over the phone and gave me all the options I needed to save my flooded carpet. He was patient and helpful and explained to me what I needed to do for free ! I was quoted a price over the phone prior to the job being completed. I received an invoice for over double this amount. Fans and dehumidifier were not picked up as arranged and I was charged for this. The invoice was incorrect and charged me for 3x the amount of space than I actually even live in. The owner of the business advised that he would be helpful and talked me into using the service, but a general lack of communication as soon as the invoice was received. Substandard job, just not to be trusted. Overpriced for what you receive, and simply not acceptable to charge double what you have been quoted. Do not use this company.

Had my reservations about this company and should be listened to them.
The day:
1 - Cleaner late
2 - Arrived and immediately started negotiating higher cost per seat than quoted online
3 - Didn't remove cushions from couch ("I didn't know I could", I worked it out in about 20secs) so large amount of material left behind. Had to get him back into house to clean
4 - Missed spots on two chairs, had to get him back into house.

No receipt or invoice issued ("My invoice book full" the excuse given)

Will look for another company in the future.

I organised for Squeaky Team Clean to come to clean our hall carpet. They knew there were particular stains that needed to be addressed and we paid $145 for just the hall. 1M wide, maybe 5M long. The carpet looked ok initially, but over a week later the stains started to reappear. Now the carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned at all! I've called them 5 times now, they said the cleaner would call me back. Nope. Nothing. Never again!

This was the first time we have has our sofa cleaned and these guys did a great job. Neil the contractor was very easy to get a long with, very patient and thorough. I will recommend them and use them again.
