This is the fourth tank I've bought and I've had nothing but excellent service from this company. From the ordering online, on to regular updated emails and through to the delivery service. They went above and beyond there services to accomodate me as I could not be home on one of my delivery days ( much appreciated ) will recommend this company to any one I know buying water tanks.

The tank was manufactured to order, wasn't expecting it for 2 weeks but was advised that it had been completed in 1 week. Delivered on time and very helpful staff. Great, well made tank, excellent colour match.

I recently purchased a small tank for my garden shed from The Tank Factory, which I will use for watering the garden, washing the car etc. From when I ordered it only took 1-2 weeks for my tank to be manufactured according to my size, colour choice fitting locations etc, which I was really happy with. And the communication throughout was excellent, with fast email replies throughout business hours and all my queries answered. The quality of product is also really clear, with a heavy duty feel and good design. Thanks again, and highly recommended.

Researched on the website which I think works well. Then rang three times for information on both the tank & pump - knowledgible & friendly on each occassion, even transferred me to the pump expert. I then ordered via the phone. All parts of the process were efficient & easy, good follow up by email & phone to confirm all details were 100% correct etc. Very happy so far, well done.

Friendly staff explained everything to me about the tank prior to purchase and even suggested a tap riser so I don't have to bend down to turn on the tap. Through no fault of the company, my tank could not be delivered so I drove to pick up. Staff at the site where helpful and assisted with not only loading my tank onto the trailer, but tied it down the correct way. With over 100 mm of rain last night my tank is now overflowing, the taps are perfect and no nasty surprises. Thank you

Recently ordered a tank, pump and accessories from The tank factory. Very slow delivery then pump sounded like you stepped on a cat, really screamed. Would not replace it and been getting the run around from pumpmaster and the Tank Factory trying to get it repaired under warranty. Also failed to deliver the tank gauge I asked for. Could not replace it as it was supposedly to big to send and sent me another type of gauge which I have not worked out how to use because of the complexity of the pulleys. Tank does hold water though.
