Most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. 10/10. Shipping was super fast and efficient. My items I ordered were even better than what I expected (and my expectations were high!). My animals are very very very happy, and so is their mum (me!). Thank you so much to The Vet Shed. I recommend this to everyone.

Amazing customer service and products!!!
The customer service was absolutely amazing and so was the products. My dog is on a special diet and they had an amazing range of products and very knowledgeable of the products!!! I will be going back here and have recommended it to many people !!

Waste of my time
I purchased online a worming treatment for my birds. Upon receiving it, the item had 4 months left from the expiry date. Given I treat my birds every 6 months, I found this to be unacceptable. After several emails and having to send a photo shot to validate my complaint, I am now left with the inconvenience of having to travel to the Post Office to post it to get a refund and to incur further delays in getting the tabs from another supplier because The Vet Shed were unable to replace it "due to the item they sold me is the current batch that is only available from their supplier". Will never shop with them again.

Exceptionally slow to ship, item missing and incorrect item sent
Very disappointing experience. Placed an order Wednesday morning, within two hours I received an email saying one item was out of stock, did I want an alternative item - I replied within 10 minutes saying that was fine. I expected it would be shipped that day or the next morning as that seemed pretty efficient. I was wrong.. it was not shipped until the following Monday night. I tried emailing and left voicemails and got no response.

I attempted your office line over 15 times from my mobile & work phone. Shortly after leaving bad reviews on 3 websites -their phone line starts working. I spoke to someone at 12.54pm today - they assured me they would call back and explain what's happening. It is now 2.45, I am yet to have a call. I have tried to contact the courier Fastway - they also not answering phones. All I want is to treat my cats for fleas. customer service team here from 8am to 4 pm answering phones. I have listened to the phone recordings from yesterday and I can see that you spoke to the warehouse yesterday afternoon and they explained that the investigation had been launched with fastway and fastway just need to complete that which takes 24 hours. Once that is done then we know what is happening and if the parcel has been lost by them then we will resend via express post straight away. In listening to this call it does seem that you understood this. We understand your frustration that your order is now 3 days late but as discussed the team are working on it and will get this sorted. We send all our orders insured as things unfortunately sometimes do go wrong in transit. We take customer service very seriously and sort out any issues whether they are from us or the courier or postal company we use. I am not sure why you did not put in your comment above that you spoke to someone? We are so disheartened that the courier did not deliver on time and this has made you this upset. Appalling all round
Customer service is questionable and the courier it uses whose reviews are simply terrible delivered my package to wrong address. I didn't feel that The Vet Shed was genuinely concerned about this. Then wow, I decided to place another order and I don't place small orders and even though I requested the package be left on my premises this company requested a signature. July 10th 2018 Update: Never come across a company like it...very poor So if you place an order it can be processed within 1 to 4 days now it doesn't update you either. rong in transit, we have been doing this along time and we have seen it all - it doesnt happen often but it can happen. Orders to wrong addresses - lost or damaged in transit etc. Insuring these makes it possible for us to fix things if they happen. I am sure that the team would have sorted out your lost order that was sent to wrong address so you would have not been out of pocket. It is really important to us that we take responsibility for the parcel until it gets delivered to you. I am really sorry that you are not happy with this. Haven't had an issue, postage sometimes slow
I've made plenty of orders from these guys and never had a major issue. They are located less than an hour away and postage takes a few days usually and upto a week sometimes but it's cheap. Can't really fault them.

Customer Service is Terrible
I have used this store before and had no reason to contact customer service. I contacted the customer service team after 18 days and no sign of my order. the reply was vague and abrupt. I contacted again a few days later and received a condescending rude email reply. I then contacted the delivery company directly and the parcel had been overlooked and had been sitting for over a week in limbo. It was delivered the next day . Parcels get lost sometimes, it's unfortunate but does happen. But the attitude of the customer service people was absolutely disgusting

I recommend this to everyone!
I have purchased all my flea treatment and pigs ears for my dogs from Vet She'd for years now. Fantastic prices - even my vet tells me to buy here 'cos she can't compete with the prices. I live nearby, so I can pick up if I need to, but the delivery is fast, so I have no problems requesting delivery if I need to. I have always found the service to be wonderful too.

I found their website late last year and its been a life saver! The products i need for my cat are way cheaper through the vet shed than i've seen other places, and the staff are so wonderful and helpful and provide exceptional service, going above and beyond to make sure that their customers are 100% satisfied. I couldn't agree more with Annie4323. When Australia Post lost my order and their tracking faded to black, The Vet Shed promptly investigated and replaced the item. The replacement arrived without a hitch and is of high quality at a good price. Exemplary communication, enthusiastic service, great product. They have won me as a customer, and my previous supplier (My Pet Warehouse) has lost me for supplying a product online that doesn't match the equivalent in store (and is now out of stock anyway). Even more impressive is the fact that The Vet Shed hasn't asked for this review!

BLOODY BRILLIANT SERVICE
I have been ordering on line from another site for some years and came across this one. Ordered 3 products on 31/08 and received them on 05/09 - fantastic.
Shampoo ordered was $40 cheaper than the vet wanted us to pay.
AND you have 60 days to pay which is great as I am a foster carer and have 5 dogs and 3 cats all needing flea and tick products.
Will definitely be back

Told me that they didn't have the item in stock AFTER I paid for it and paid for express delivery. 1 week later and I still do not have my product. I bought online for the convenience as I am busy with work, ended up buying the item from my local shop anyway as my dogs can't go without food. if I had a good experience I would of purchased a bag every 4 weeks. Missed out on my $1,450 a year. Never again.

5 Stars from me and 5 Stars from my dog
My dog developed a limp due to a old injury during the cool weather this year. Vet Shed suggested a medication that helped tremendously. Amanda explained in detail the dosage and procedures for its use. I had the product quickly and was using it confidently. Couldn't ask for better service or support. I also found the blogs very informative for complete care during this time of the year. Very professional.
