Stay away from this company, period! They will steel your money, won't ring you back and will totally botch your settlement. Very poor communication skills and extremely unprofessional. If you want a stress free settlement, go somewhere else.

They push additional fees on you through their partners and are difficult to communicate with. We have had to deal with several staff members and each time it feels like you are starting over again. You will be spammed with phone calls from their partners that they share your details with.

Stay away from them!! Absolutely disgusting and even admitted professional negligence yet zero care factor. Didn't even bother to read contract terms correctly resulting in settlement falling through. The "national practice manager" who you deal with during the complaints process is absolutely useless and just wastes your time making comments that she doesn't know and that the solicitors know more than her, are you kidding?!?! If you can ever get someone to answer a phone after 2 conversations they palm you off onto someone else who just buys more time for them.
This company has caused my family SO much stress and destroyed us financially.

I was given a price beat offer from Think Conveyancing. They were meant to be cheaper. In the end, it was the most expensive conveyancing I have ever done. Not too impressed. Now I am getting a different company for another purchase. She is very personal and thorough and returns to my calls and explains things well.

I chose this company mainly due to their low rates but I quickly started regretting this choice.
The COS had obvious errors in it regarding dates. The solicitor never picked the errors. they sent me first letter with important dates that were weeks overdue. I tried complaining and the solicitor never responded. Property purchase is probably the biggest purchase anyone ever makes, dont use this company, they will make you loose money

Terrible Communication and multiple mistakes leading me to having no house for my family, animals or furniture for a weekend. I was told my house had settled so I handed over my keys. Only to find out later that my new house wasn't going to settle after the second attempt on a Friday afternoon leaving me and my family with no where to go. The best part was when I found out my house hadn't actually settled after the buyers had already moved in... All recorded on a call recorder.... And their offer for their major stuff up and massive cost caused to me.... $100.00... DO NOT USE.
