Wonderful service from a lovely lady
The lady that helped us choose our heater was very nice and so helpful. We didn’t know anything about wood heaters when we arrived there but we certainly knew a lot when we left. There were quite a lot of people in the shop when we arrived and the lady helped us but never made us feel like were just another customer. They are very friendly and the after sales follow up call was excellent!
