Shocking customer service
Scariest customer service I've come across. Rude and unhelpful. Takes forever and lots of follow ups to get any response. Think I have purchased my last piece too.

RIP OFF!
Making a replacement claim for older Tupperware microwave jug and lid.
New system - I have to pay for replacement postage.
This contravenes, in my opinion the previous written life time warranty guarantee given at time of purchase, where no mention of any costs to me, should a replacement be required, was stated. Not only will I not pay anything towards 'free replacement' to which I am am entitled as implied at time of purchase,
I will be taking this up with Consumer Affairs.
I will also be spending the $150 destined for Tupperware, on ...Read more

Not Fair Tupperware - you should pay the postage fees
have been a Tupperware queen for about 30 years, saved up all my replacements for next Tupperware party, I went along - to be told by the demonstrator its all on line now - go to the website and lodge on line...... I had 15 items to return, all were approved by Tupperware. they requested me to post back to them - to which I did, cost me $12.00 to post, all items approved were same replaced in weight and measurements, then I had to pay another $26.40 to have them posted back to me - I'm out of pocket nearly $40.00 to get my items back - very un...Read more
fair - I even asked for them to be put in my order from the party I went to - no we can't do that, already paid another $3.00 processing fee to put in an order at a party - lodged complaint with ACCC and they advise they are recording conduct of this company, and I can apply for payment under protest.... they have had numerous complaints regarding this. May need to get on to social media and push back on this one to TUPPERWARE - very UNFAIR for consumer to pay the postage BOTH WAYS...............................Similar opinion? Tupperware Beware
I bought Tupperware for years because even though their products break, they always promoted their life time warranty. In the past I have given my broken items (mainly the lunchbox lids) to a demonstrator and they were always replaced. Mind you, I had to either wait for someone to have a Tupperware party or try and find a representative myself, which I never did. Also I had a demonstrator tell me once that people often feel guilty when they try and claim the warranty at a party, so they end up buying more products at a party to compensate!! A...Read more
nyway in 2015, (I waited for the next party), a lunchbox lid and base (which was 2 years old) broke and the demonstrator said I had to make the claim online. When I went online, the website said I had to return the items at my own cost for Tupperware to assess and then they would decide on my claim, but I should note that if it did not meet their warranty standards, they would not return my items! I was appalled by this! They were going to take my items and there is a chance they wouldn't honour the warranty AND not return the broken items??! I rang customer service and they said because I only had 3 items they would honour the warranty without the need to send the broken items to them. She said that the website says this to ensure that people don't dishonestly claim products. Tupperware, wouldn't it be easier to give the faulty item to a demonstrator to ensure there is no dishonesty and also avoid the $8 delivery fee?? Anyway, I paid the $8 and received the products about 4 weeks later. I would certainly not buy Tupperware again and am hoping that the replacements I received don't break as it would not be worth spending another $8. It is far better to buy the cheap ones that the kids will love and buy them new ones when they eventually break.

Tupperware-Not even 1 star!!
I loved Tupperware for their products and was happy to pay more for their "lifetime warranty" and "Free" replacement of products that are worn, torn or damaged. Last month I claimed 11 items one of them was a lunchbox, and after one month I received the items and the lunchbox is only the base without the lid when there was no option to choose one without the other; the photo of the product showed the complete container (box and lid). In addition, I spent $26.00 plus GST delivery fees...so much for their Free Replacement Policy!!! This is Tupper...Read more
ware's way of stopping customers claim damaged items and dihonouring the LIfetime Warranty Term. I will not buy Tupperware products again because it is cheaper to throw away damaged items and buy other good brands from stores that would cost less without the delivery fee.Similar opinion? Product is great. Person selling it ..terrible.
My daughter hosted a party in October. Tupperware rep. Was untidy, unapologetically late showed product in corner when open space provided. No contact details on sales slip and no delivery date given. Although our payments were taken immediately from bank, our products were not delivered until after several calls, texts and messages later, my daughter went and picked up the order herself and delivered to people over six weeks later, driving from Drouin to Colac Vic. 4 hour return trip or we may still be waiting and the order was a large order in...Read more

Tupperware's warranty costs $8 minimum in shipping
For years Tupperware have espoused they guarantee a FREE replacement for any damaged, broken or worn Tupperware. Now the only way to get a 'free' replacement is to pay a minimum of $8 for shipping a replacement to you. That's a very convenient way to stop consumers from claiming their 'guaranteed replacement'. Very stingy Tupperware, very stingy!

Free replacement items under lifetime guarantee now much harder to get and old contracts not being h
Beware when buying Tupperware - their old promise of just giving your cracked and broken Tupperware to a representative to have it replaced at no cost at all, as was the case for any bought before March this year, is no longer being honoured.
They want to charge you for the postage for the replacement pieces - totally at odds with the terms and Conditions that we all bought under prior to March this year.

I believe that their process is illegal. I have spoken to legal aid who said they are breaking their contracts. a good story on ACA is what is needed.

Tuppeware failure. Zero stars
Zero star rating for service, honesty and integrity.
Like so many people we have a cupboard full of Tupperware, When it fails to seal or it breaks or whatever the problem, one expects the "lifetime warranty" to be honoured.
The service department in Western Australia has been closed. It seems that the service has also been closed.
Coming up to three months we have been waiting for one lid to be replaced.
"We didn't have a meeting this month, I couldn't get to the meeting this month, I have been busy with my kids".
Finally the clincher. "Th...Read more

Tupperware microwave pasta cooker
After reviewing this over and over again I finally bought one! Its excellent! I hated cooking on the stove as the pasta sometimes stick to the pot not to mention the slimy excess that needs to be washed away. This is so easy - you just wake it in the microrwave and just take it out after 10 mins or so and drain! Thats it. Just be careful with holding it properly when draining the water as I burnt my fingers the first time.
Easy, no mess no fuss.
the measurements on the side of the container could stand out abit better as its hard to read

They DO break and Tupperware ignore emails so replacement policy is useless
I have several pieces of Tupperware and most of them are okay. However, two pieces from the same set I bought approximately 3 years old cracked. They were not treated roughly, were not dropped, were rarely used in the freezer or microwave (rated suitable for both). I suspect they were from a faulty batch.
I wrote several times to Australian Tupperware asking them to stand by their promise to replace broken Tupperware but they didn't bother to respond.
Had Tupperware bothered to acknowledge me this review could have been different.
Quite solid
Expensive, does break, Tupperware do not respond to emails and fail to make good on their claim of replacements

I love some, I hate some
Some Tupperware I love, Fridgesmarts - great, slice/cake containers, freezer wares, modular mates, sandwich keepers, all fantastic, but then there is the issue of BPA in their clearmates, rock n serves, microwave jug etc and it puts a bad taste in my mouth. I also have had a problem of the drink bottle lids popping when driving up a mountain and in warm weather which has lead to leaks. Another practicality issue is that they make fantastic sandwich keepers but not a lunch box that will take the sandwich keeper and a piece of fruit etc, they on...Read more

I never use anything but water in my water bottle. It pops because heat expands both the water and the air in the bottle.
As for BPA you are wrong. Tupperware's own website says that the migration le... Read more

bulky, that could amount to quite a bit. All in all a very unsatisfactory process. I can't see how it's legal as they are clearly breaking contracts entered into with people at the point of sale re simply returning the item to a demonstrator for a replacement. Please everyone, tell everyone you know about this rip-off and encourage them not to buy Tupperware.
