Really impressed with product support!
My 11yo son has a set of these and absolutely loves them. Unfortunately they stopped working and we were unable to fix them via the various published trouble shooting fixes. We contacted Turtle Beach and their response was lightening fast. Karl was particularly impressive. Quick email responses and a terrific resolution provided for us. Truly the most amazing customer service that I have experienced for a long time!!! On behalf of my son, thank you!

Value For Your Money.
Turtle beach head gear can be quite expensive. I didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars just to own an item that dosnt get used much. I found Turtle Beach Recon 70 at kmart for only $49.99. Best quality sound for the price, only downfall it is not wireless

Was a birthday present for my teenage son. He loves them. Great sound quality. Good noise cancellation. Comfortable to wear. Will buy this brand again as has always been good quality.

besides various audio quality issues, they break and no longer work
The Turtle Beach Stealth 700 have strange audio quality issues if you are more than about 2.5 metres from the Xbox. The completely wireless system is very cool when it works... but audio break up and music playing slowed down or weird tones is off putting.
The mic audio and game/chat mixer is excellent. Bass is great.
The fit is a bit tight for an adult, the (Stealth 600 is cheaper and more comfortable)

een then red, then turn off, it appears to be very common issue when searching online. The units are currently in for repair with a Sydney repairer.. I'll update this review when they return (if they return). My advice is buy the Stealth 600 instead, cheaper, longer battery life, more comfortable.Purchased in August 2021 at JB Hi-Fi for A$249.00.

Very good gaming headset

A great gaming headset, but watch out for battery degradation
I purchased this headset for use on my PS4 after my Astro A50 Gen2 headset’s battery life deteriorated. Whilst I found the A50 better overall, it’s also way more expensive.
Design-wise this headset Is comfortable enough. I have no problem wearing it for hours-long sessions. I sometimes play for 5 hours at a time. My ears are larger than the average person’s, and the Stealth 700 ear cups only just cover them completely. The positioning on your head is easily adjustable though. tons are not easily discerned when feeling for them while wearing the headset. Even after a couple of weeks, I really struggle to find the right button. A better design choice would’ve been to raise the buttons slightly, rather than have them flush. I sometimes struggle to find the game volume dial as well. It’s in a bit of an awkward position. Performance is very good. The virtual surround sound is pretty good. There are separate dials for adjusting game and chat volume. I haven’t really tried the noise cancellation much, but it seemed alright on the few times I’ve tried it. But my household isn’t very noisy anyway. The Bluetooth connectivity is handy for when you want to adjust certain settings from your phone app. I haven’t used the headset for phone calls though. However the downside of connecting the Bluetooth is shorter battery life. Now does the negative. Speaking of battery life, it was fine to start with. 9-10 hours off a single charge. But after 14 months, this dropped to four hours. Then two weeks later, 90 mins. And it was out of warranty. But I was determined to see what the service was like. I contacted TecWorks (the Aussie repair agent) and asked if they could check if I could have the headset fixed under warranty as a good Will gesture. People shouldn’t have to pay $200 for a headset that is useless after just over a year. They got back to me and agreed to honour the warranty. I sent the headset in. It was Reply Paid postage too, so didn’t cost anything to send. Took not even two weeks to be returned to me. And the headset was replaced with a refurbished one. But you wouldn’t be able to tell it from a brand new one. It looked brand spanking new. And operated flawlessly. So overall, it’s definitely worth a purchase. But keep an eye on battery life. At least be assured that the repair agent has great service.Purchased in December 2021 at Mighty Ape for A$185.00.
