My main purchase, the power feet thing is good and so is the bambilo pillow but the Arctic air does not work, However a replacement may be better I hope

Majority of products are over rated and not all as you see on TV. I inconveniently received another email 12 months after the time I returned a product notifying of RMA and a refund within 10 days.
I replied asking what the product was (as I couldn't remember)and any compensation for their error and inconvenience, as I suffer from PTSD .
Their reply was that it was an automated computer error, no answer of what product it was, apologies sent and no compensation.

I bought the drill bits that never wear out and drill through anything, I had a problem drilling into concrete and the drill went blunt, I called and explained what happened and was told a new one was coming my way the same day. Can't complain.

Bought this item on tv shop, and it one of the best of best electric fan I have ever have, thanks to tv shop, and I will look forward to buy more items from this particular retailer

it is very easy to find what you want. there have a big range of products they also have a fantastic backup service if there are any problems with your delivery. I love my pot it is the worlds greatest

Please take my advice and you will thank me later. I purchased instachill for my dad worst product ever it’s not worth it as it does not chill the room. Go to bing lee for a fan. Trying to return the product is a nightmare they said I never called them and worst customer service skills ever. Please read the real reviews from the real customers not the fake ones in there websites

The communication every step of the way was sent to keep me informed. If I had a query it was promptly clarified. No stone was left unturned. Great job I had returned a product (walkmaxx due to sizing) Instructions as to returns and replacement was A1 There are a lot of products I would love to have but when you are reliant on government superan some of them become just a dream. The product is excellent and I cannot wait for the replacement ones to arrive.

Very easy. I just rang after seeing advert on television. There seems to be good item on tv but later you see them in the shops where no postage is required.
I have bought items from the ads and have had no problems previously which is good.

Same story, Instachill not as described, does not work chill. Just a very over priced fan. Paid $90 for 30 day trail plus post.
After 3 days contacted to refund and took them 2 weeks to respond to me with my phone conversation transcript and an offer of $100 off to keep it.
Then claimed I needed to arrange return of item & costs myself. Vic Consumer affairs advised that they need to cover costs to retuned. This is an ongoing dispute.

I purchased the Invictus Vacuum Cleaner and found the suction weak. I returned the item in perfect condition and cleaned it very well, even had the package packed professionally prior to sending it back.
Received a call today asking for a cleaning fee to be charged extra of $40.00. I payed this fee reluctantly, but they have lost a valued customer and I would never buy anything from TV Shop again.
Beware and don't get taken for a ride like I did.

Kids purchased a range of bluestone wares for me at Christmas. Lid shattered the first time I used it. Contacted address on the box but they can’t help. Very annoying.
