Why can’t your drivers use insulated bags, sick of cold food being delivered to the wrong address
$14 for a 3 minute ride. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again. Bye uber ✌️

Driver refusing to pick me up and refusesing to cancel the trip. I have all night so jokes on him.
Uber needs to tighten rules on these drivers. They shouldn't have a choice but to pick up the jobs they have been given. If they do have to refuse a job due to circumstances out of there control they should not be allowed to drive for 24 hours.
Also I'd appreciate removing this guys almost 5 star rating. There's no chance in he'll he's giving a 5 star service lol.

I was charged a cleaning fee of $80 2 days after my ride. Firstly, I take the trip daily to and from work, and am a very respectful, polite and clean person. I had already paid the trip but that also has been added on-top so $88.15. Why 2 days after the trip when the driver had 2 days worth of customers after myself???? Why the double charge added also..never again bye Uber.

I booked an Uber at about 5.30 - it arrived at 5.53pm and dropped me off at 5.56pm and the fee was over $21 ! Surely a 3 min Trip should not cost this much money in an off peak period - absolute rip off
Unknown credit card transactions from Uber, trying to contact them is a nightmare...
I often get my trips cancelled straight away, sometimes i search for a driver for over an hour. This service is a joke, The Uber company doesn't work, how about actually getting the drivers to pick up the customers for once.
With two minutes until the reserved trip was due to commence, Uber cancelled. Luckily I made my international flight. I would rather walk a hundred miles across Death Valley in the summer than use this service.

Uber driver of car registration 1HAC273 was abusive and threatening today 17 July 2022 in Redcliffe. How can Uber have drivers who are so abusive, aggressive and rude. Please discipline your drivers Uber.
Prebooked an Uber, driver booked in and accepted an hour before booking to the airport. Cancels last minute. Did me a favor anyway as the cabs service are reliable and we’re there to pick me up within a minute of me calling.

Stay away from Uber if you want to be somewhere on time. Fraudulent behaviour by drivers. Terrible complaints service by Uber. Would rather walk than ever use this service again

My order tonight I asked for my order to be left next to my car as I’m covid positive and to definitely not come through my gate (have a dog who’s an escape artist). The driver (Mose) completely ignores my instructions, came through my gate, left the gate open. My dog got out and nearly got hit by a car. He wasn’t even apologetic or anything, couldn’t be bothered to even wait til I caught my dog to make sure she was ok, just drove off.

Made the booking early, no confirmation that a driver has accepted (Uber has a disclaimer that a drive don't have to accept the ride). So, when no driver showed up 10 minutes after pickup time, I desperately had to make another arrangement as I had an appointmen to pickup my car before a set time. Then, when cancelled - I was charged a fee to compensate 'some' driver. How should one know a driver is actually going to show up? And even after 10 minutes late? This is a doubtful service and I would rather avoid being in this situation again.

Took AGES to actually get the app to let me book a ride. Had the ride and it was great. Randomly the next day I had an email saying I had received a refund from Uber and when I tried to log into my account to find out why, it said my account has been locked. What the f? Such a joke, waste of my time!!! Feel bad for the driver who did a great job and was quick!!!
They blocked my uber account without any reason i had been driving uber since 2016 but uber doesn’t listen to their drivers which is not fair. Now they ignoring my messages.

Cancelled 5 times…what a disgusting joke of a company, no apologies, no nothing. A better paying job comes up…they cancel on you. SHAM ON YOU NEVER WILL I USE UBER AGAIN
I m booked a Uber from Mantra legends on the Gold Coast to the Airport for 3.25am no driver waiting when I tried to call the trip got cancelled and I was charged $31 cancellation
Had to pay $82 for a taxi instead
I would give them 0 stars and will never use them again
Missing the pickup place, Took much longer and $9 than agreed to get there, wrong turn, going to toll way unnecessary, and getting off the toll way too earlier, $9 more than estimated .

I got conned into taking out an Uber Pass which is impossible to cancel out of it. I follow the instructions provided and no menu option appears in either the app or in the web version. When I try to call their help line I get a message saying, 'only diamond members have help access', then it hangs up. I sent an email with screen shots through the help menu form and got an email with the same instructions I had already tried on line. I have spent hours trying to cancel this thing and no luck. Seems from what I read on online that i am not alone with this problem. Infuriating. Complete entrapment.
I hired the Uber Rideshare on Saturday 09/07/2022 and included 3 stops. Home to pick up my dinner and back home. When i entered the car the driver wasn't even wearing the mask and didn't follow proper Covid-19 protocols whereas the cases have again on the rise. So it is compromising the rider's safety, Mental health and well being. The Car also had problems with the tyres and diskpad. Uber blocked my account on false allegations on behalf of the driver. Customer service never contacted me. So a decision has been made Uber as a company should be closed down and there is zero tolerance for pathetic customer service
Absolutely NO WAY of contacting Uber via phone or email or chat unless you are a Diamond Member, or a driver. Contacting through app doesn’t work, keeps saying try later.

Repeated negative experiences. Uber can cancel after accepting a job at any time to no consequence but if I cancel a ride because there’s no movement on the car, I’m charged $8. Rating system sucks too. I will never rely on Uber again.
unbelievable. my account got hacked and now they make it impossible to delete the account.
my account got hacked and was used in Amsterdam- while I was in Australia. that can most certainly happen, but now the real problem. I want to delete my account: impossible. This company makes it basically impossible to delete accounts. You have to go via customer help, writing multiple emails... so far no result. I have rarely been that mad at a company.
