I lost the plastic cover for a DVD, how do I return it?
On 3/12/2017. I have return a DVD back to the kiosks at Campbelltown Mall before the due time on following day, how would I know it’s been returned so I won’t be over charge for $35 late fee???
I would recommend you call their customer service number 1300 067 113 and make sure that it was returned correctly if you are concerned.
After u return the DVD, the screen will ask you if if done press yes. If u have any problems call them.. I've hired heaps of dvds and hand no overcharging
How do i change my details on the kiosk, ive got a new card and need to update it.
Sorry but I don't know, we've been members now for about 3 months and have found it great. Maybe you need to contact their head office, you can get the number online for the Kiosks (I have spoken to them before). Maybe they have to change from there.
If you mean that you have a new credit card, you just need to swipe it when you checkout. You will then have to enter your email address, so that the receipt can be emailed to you.
Just scratch it on the screen with a nail, preferably 4" galvanised.
Can I return DVD to a different location?
Yes, you can return to any Video Ezy machine. But a word of warning, Video Ezy have newer machines in some locations, which won't accept disks issued by the older machines. Two new machines that I know of are at Parramatta & Mudgee -- I got caught out taking my rentals back to Parramatta!!!

What do i need to sign up
I only ever use the video booths. With those, there is no need to sign up, simply swipe your credit card at checkout, then enter your email address on the confirmation screen (that's where they send the receipt to).
Follow prompts on the video ezy machine, you'll find it in supermarket halls or google where they are. Enjoy

I recently hired 3 movies from the vending machines they have. And checked my bank account and they have charged me twice. Wanting to no who i speak to to get my refund? Thnx
I have been charged for movies that didn't dispense. I can not find a phone number to talk to someone about. What do I do?????
Don't bother asking them for help. I was charged a replacement fee for a movie that I returned because their machine malfunctioned & spat it back out without my knowledge. They admitted this to me but still wouldn't refund the charge. They simply don't care. I got a chargeback through my bank. Just save yourself time and trouble and immediately request a chargeback.
Why is video easy suing their patrons for late fees? Is it to turn a profit?
It isn't for profit if you return anything after the said hire period that business has every right to ask for and expect that fee to be paid because that item was kept for an extra day, week, month. There are many people in this world who would expect their work to be paid for, yet they think it's alright to not pay what they owe to businesses because they don't want to pay the extra fee for keeping said items longer than they hired them for. People get into your heads pay what you Wie and stop arguing about it because your at fault not the business
