Have you lifted the upper basket to the top setting? I had to do this for mine. I also took in my biggest plate and biggest glass before purchasing to check the fit.

Westinghouse need more work on their design. At the lower level, my plates do not fit and they aren't over-sized plates. At the upper level, my plates fit with lots of room to spare, there needed to me a middle setting because at the upper level, my glasses barely fit.

I removed the top shelf (cutlery shelf) and lifted the middle draw tithe top setting. The reason for this is I place my cutlery in the basket.
Works fine this way.

Hi there! My dishwasher is brand new and won't dry the dishes. I have tried the dry+ on the heavy and fast 30 washes. Also tried pushing the tablet button and nothing. Dishes are soaked! Please help!

Almost certainly this is due to not enough rinse aid - this helps the water 'run off' and/or evaporate from the dishes faster. Note that there will still be some water around when the dishwasher just finishes, but it should dry out pretty quickly in particular if there is enough rinse aid. The tablets usually include this, but some are better at it than others. For best results, usually powder is the go. Anyhow:
1. Make sure the rinse aid compartment is full
2. If using tablets, then definitely make sure the 'tablet' button/light is on
3. Even if using tablets, still make sure you have rinse aid in the compartment
4. The fast wash doesn't have a dry cycle - only the eco and heavy washes. Not sure if the 'dry+" does anything much with the other cycles. So don't bother with the fast wash if you want dry dishes. Try either heavy or eco.
5. Check the manual (download from Westinghouse) for hints about how to properly stack dishes (if they are poorly stacked then water could pool) as well as how to tweak the rinse aid so it releases more if you find that dishes are still wet. Note that plastic dishes will alway take longer to dry as they don't retain the heat like china/steel - so cool down quickly, so in turn water doesn't evaporate as quickly.
6. It's always a good idea after a cycle finishes, to open the door slightly and leave it open for maybe 30 minutes before unpacking
7. If using tablets, try powder and see if it's any better. You can also try a different brand or type of tablet. Water can be soft or hard depending on where you are, and I suspect that can impact on how well different powders/tablets clean and dry. So try switching and see if that helps.

Good luck!

Westinghouse should put that response in their manual :)

How do you take out the plastic element with the rollers to get rid of the cutlery drawer? I cannot fit my dinner plates without lifting the upper basket, however I can't lift the upper basket with the cutlery drawer in place.

There is a plastic tab on the rails on each side. The click to one side allowing the tray to be removed completely.

Hi ninkasi, Thanks for the reply!
I had managed to take the rail out but the rollers are still in and that's why I can't lift the basket.

Does this model have an enclosed element?

I can't see any element inside at the bottom of the dishwasher so I presume it is concealed.

I am looking at this dishwasher. It doesn't have an element. It uses fan drying instead.
