Westside Strata is our managing agent. I would highly recommend Westside Strata. Our complex is always looked after, from repairs to maintenance. My strata manager is Rebekah.
Rebekah is the most competent person I have dealt with from Westside Strata.
I am new to living in a strata complex and Rebekah's help has made it very easy for us.

Rebekah is always responsive, pleasant to deal with, understanding, efficient, and most importantly, always willing to help- an outstanding person.

Any concerns or questions brought to her attention are being dealt with in a timely manner.

We would highly recommend Rebekah to anyone looking for a new Strata Manager.

With all the dealings we have had with Westside, over the past nineteen years, we have found Lucy to be very helpful, prompt and efficient in all matters we have requested.

Kathy has shown a great deal of dedication managing our property in Regents Park. She has been instrumental in implementing a number of changes improving the overall state of the property. She is open to working with the committee and always has the interest of owners at heart.

I have been very happy with the services of Westside Strata Management, they are very prompt with repairs and their customer service is amazing. i have never had any problems, and i totally recommend them for any future business.

Our Strata has been managed for the past 11 years by Westside Management. All their staff are always helpful, messages are passed on correctly if Mariah or Lucy are not available. Managers do change and currently Mariah has taken on the position and replies very quickly to emails if unavailable on the phone. Compared to our previous agencies Westside is way ahead! Lucy is the one I've had most contact with and her response is always immediate and positive, whether for Strata matters or to needing a GOOD plumber, electrician, handyman for personal unit repairs. We are very, very happy to recommend them to anyone seeking an excellent strata manager.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with our strata manager Petra Walker. She is always so professional and personable. Always so prompt with queries and follows up on alI meetings!! I wouldn't have been able to carry out my Chairman's duties if not for her. Thank you so much Petra!! I would highly recommend her for any properties and happy to provide reference if ever required.

Since Bernadette became our strata manager, property matters have been handled efficiently and professionally. My neighbours and I greatly appreciate her knowledge, skills, and friendliness. Having a strata manager with good interpersonal skills, who gets the work done, and is always approachable, translates to a better living experience. Westside Strata (Mariah A) - just wanted to drop a line and say thanks for the report and also thanks for the little things all being done in and around our unit. From organising the internal painting, repairing of front tiles, garden beds repair and also allocation of small shrubs/flowers at the front…thanks so much. All we need to do is organise with other tenants in regards to what to do with prams/bikes/scooters by maybe installing a small shed around the back. It's been a great experience dealing with Westside strata specially with strata manager Bernadette Khoury. She is professional and approachable. I have not had an inquiry she has not answered and she always gets back to my emails promptly. Great job, thank you.

Westside Strata look after many of the blocks that i manage apartments in, I have found Lucy in particular to be professional to deal with and will always get back to me the same day! (Which is very hard to find with strata managers) Lucy will always find the time to help with a solution to an issue and deal with it head on and get the job done.

December 6th 2018 Update: Bernadette Khoury Offers Exceptional Service

As a property manager, I am thrilled to be working with such a dedicated strata manager. Bernadette Khoury is so efficient, pleasant, responsive and courteous. I continue to look forward to working with her next year and in the future. She is an asset to the business.

Being a property manager i deal with strata often and i can honestly say Westside strata have been great !! All strata mangers are very helpful and especially Lucy in the repairs section, whenever i need a favour of finding out if something is covered under strata or not regardless if they look after it or not she is always happy to help, she makes time for everyone !!

Our complex was grossly mismanaged by our previous strata managers which didn't do a thing. After having changed to Westside Strata, my roof has already been fixed, which is a blessing. There are tradespeople coming in for quotes and sorting out our neighbours plumbing issues and things are really moving forward and improving rapidly. They are a truly professional and honest group of people who actually care about what goes on in our complex. I cannot recommend them enough...they are doing a great job.

Very professional service. It has serve us for more than 7 years and we always receive quality service and professional advice. The best strata service manager we ever had. Strongly recommended! But a bit reluctant to do so as too many potential customers might suffer our quality service from them. Keep up, Westside Management!

I cannot express my relief at finding this fantastic strata company! They saved our strata complex from virtual bankruptcy, due to a previous dodgy strata manager. Since then, our complex has grown from strength to strength. I have definitely experienced the worst strata managers that Sydney has to offer and have found that Westside Management Pty Ltd are the VERY BEST!
They are very friendly, have fast response times, are confidently knowledgeable, always accommodating and are very passionate about what they do.
You really can't find a Strata company as good as this one!

I have several properties that are managed by Westside strata management and I have found them to be professional courteous and prompt with all my requests and instructions. Particular gratitude to the principle Franck Vigouroux. I would not hesitate to recommend Westside Strata Management to any clients that are frustrated with their strata manager, and believe me I have deal with many that just don't care.

First chance after the storms in April to write a review. Thank you so much to the team at Westside our apartment was completely flooded when outside cladding flew off the building causing a waterfall in the lounge room covering the floor with 2 inches of water. Totally distressing. I called, left a message, they returned the call almost immediately and had a guy come out to secure the clading and do the
repairs. Very thankful for the service.
