We had some letterheads to have produced so went to Whirlwind in Knox as our presses were full at the time.
On our quote request & purchase order we requested a certain grain direction (industry standard) to enable the sheets to feed through the laser writer.
This was also pointed out & confirmed in an Email.
The letterheads turned up & guess what - the grain direction of the paper was opposite to what the request was & would not go through the laser writer.
