Too many staff for such a mediocre store. Upstairs or in the back they have a seconds area. They do the usual things you see on current affairs shows. They deliver the wrong products. They leave out details if they know you won't then buy a product. They have every product at home. Now's the time to buy X, and so on and so on... Yawn! If you want seconds, go to a Seconds store instead. They have better service. In summer it's one of the coldest stores. Their air conditioning is all the way down, and customers are paying for it.
If it's very hot outside, you can cool down in the shop.
