Defective Yamaha outboard F115 four stroke motor purchased October 2013 with only 375 hours of use.

Regular and timely service done with dealer.
Last month, one engine exploded with a bang from the top compartment. Next day the dealer examined it and found no reason whatsoever to explain why it was totally destructed that way.
They refused to repair it or let me correspond with the manufacturer as it is 9 months out of warranty.
